This property is located in the hamlet of Les Bois de Chamonix Mont Blanc. It’s accessible via a private dead-end road and features private parking on the property.
It is very close to the national forest: the starting point for many easy hikes on foot or by mountain bike in the summer, and snowshoeing in the winter.
Nearby, you’ll find the starting point for the cross-country ski trails: they are groomed and maintained, ranging from blue to red trails.
Less than a 10-minute walk away in the village of Les Praz de Chamonix, you’ll find: a grocery store, restaurants, a post office, a golf course in the summer, and the La Flégère ski lifts with their exceptional view of the Mont Blanc massif.

The bus and train services serving Chamonix are less than a 10-minute walk and a 5-minute drive away.
Free shuttle buses serve the ski lifts at Brévent, Col de Balme, Grands Montets, Les Houches, and the town of Chamonix, where you’ll discover a friendly and festive atmosphere in a resort that offers an absolutely unique view of Mont Blanc. It’s also the starting point for excursions to the Mer de Glace via the Montenvers train and the Aiguille du Midi aerial cableway (3,842 meters)—all about a 5-minute drive from the rental.
