Good to know

Toits des Pècles is located on the third and top floor without a lift. The stairs are well worth it for the light, privacy and views, but the apartment may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

A private closed garage and additional outdoor parking space are included — a real advantage in central Chamonix. The garage also provides useful storage for skis, bikes and other mountain equipment.

A security deposit of €1,000 is required.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly forbidden.
