Experience autumn in the Laurel Highlands at our spacious condo in Mt. Villas, perfect for family and group getaways. Set right on the Seven Springs golf course and surrounded by hardwood forest, the condo is an ideal base for fall foliage drives, a round of golf, hiking, and the resort's fall events, all with shuttle service to Seven Springs from right outside the door.

Fall at Seven Springs:
Seven Springs Mountain Resort turns into a fall playground in September and October. Ride the scenic chairlift for foliage views, enjoy Autumnfest weekends with live music, crafts, and food, play the Seven Springs golf course, or try the alpine slide, disc golf, and sporting clays before the snow arrives.

This is a vacation rental. We live a few hours away but are available by phone.

Seven Springs Resort Mountain Villas Condominiums.

Located on the Seven Springs Golf course, we have easy access to golf, the resort via a short (<10 minute) shuttle ride and local attractions.

We also have our own condo association pool which is available in the summer months.

There is free parking in front of the townhomes. It is first come first serve and shared with other units. There is a shuttle that runs on-call in the summer and continuously in the winter months to transport you to the Seven Springs resort. It is run by Seven Springs and takes less than 10 minutes.

We have a minimum rental age of 25. All bookings are reviewed before confirmation. We are a family environment. No parties allowed at the unit.

Unfortunately due to HOA and insurance regulations, the fireplaces are not able to be used by renters.

During the winter months (December - March), bookings cannot check out/in on Saturdays. You must rent for the entire weekend.
