Nice property with some issues
Overall my family enjoyed our time in this home once the initial issues were addressed. Communication with the property management team was superb. They were quick to respond and address any concerns we had. The home is located really close proximity to the Oasis Club House which made accessing neighborhood amenities (pool, gym, restaurant, etc) very easy. However, attention to detail seem to be lacking throughout the property. Immediately upon entering the home I noticed the sliding backdoor was slightly open and would not close/lock and the kitchen sink handle fell off the first time we tried to use it. The towel rack in the master bath was also broken. The worst part was when we were preparing for bed, it appeared to us that the bedsheets were not changed from the previous guests; they smelled and the blanket on the master bedroom bed, had white residue stuck to the inside of the sheet. The following morning the management team sent someone out to address the broken door, kitchen sink, and changed all the bedding. Overall the management team is excellent and the home is nice but requires some TLC and attention to detail before renting to the next guest.
