“This property had a great layout and very spacious! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. The bathrooms were also stocked well. Not those tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner but full size pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! So nice!! Owner was very easy to access and quick to answer all questions or address any concerns! We will definitely book with Louie again!!”

“I am glad I didn't listen to the reviews because we are more than satisfied with this stay, I won't lie after I booked it I was so concerned on the property not being anything as the picture and when I speak I speak on building 7 with Mark the property was exactly as pictured I arrived at 3:45 sat in the car until 4 pm but in those 15 minutes I was praying because my fiance is very picky so 4 pm hits we get out the car get our luggage and proceed to the door still praying lol once the door open...

“Things that were great: Neighborhood was safe and clean, lots of restaurants. House was walking distance to Oasis club which was fun and had great food. House was clean and accommodating. Property owners were very responsive throughout the entire process. Things that weren't great: The houses were so close together you could hear other families party until 2am most nights with no one to call at that hour to shut them down. Interstate 4 is under construction constantly so you are sitting in...

“Our trip was due to our travel basketball team playing in the YBOA Magic Classic. Our coaching staff and basketball team stayed at the property. It was a great experience, the property owner was wonderful and very helpful/understanding to what we needed. We came back to Waycross GA with the championship trophies!!!! It was nice to have our team under one roof and bond a little as this was our first trip this season. Thank you so much!”

“The property was wonderful and just as advertised…very clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable beds. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was wonderful and warm…plenty of seating although we reserved our spot usually by 10 am. The newly open restaurant and bar at the pool was an added bonus. We had never stayed in the Champions Gate area but once we got our bearing, we were able to find everything pretty easily…Disney Springs (we weren’t planning on going to any parks),...

“Great place had everything we needed for”

“Getting in and out of the gated community was a hassle. The lines were insane and a couple of times the scanner was broken. Also, the lazy river at the Oasis clubhouse was disgusting.”

“Andrew was a pleasure to work with. The house was clean, organized, and cozy for our hefty bunch. The reminders in each bedroom regarding rules was very helpful. We would definitely use Andrew and his team again in the future as all photos and positive reviews were spot on. The rule book seems like a lot, but is super helpful during the whole stay. “We stayed for a week at this property. We have stayed in Champions Gate 6-7 times now. This was the best one yet! The house was beautiful, well equipped, well decorated, and everything worked. Our host was attentive, and was able to help with anything I needed or requested. You cannot go wrong renting this house! Highly recommend!”
