“From booking to check out, the owner and house did not disappoint. The house is pure perfection and fit our cheer team amazingly. The house is clean, upgraded, beds are super comfortable and comes with meticulous notes for the house in their book. Some basic supplies were given, which is always a plus. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future! Close to stores when you happen to need something. ”

“Overall our stay was great! The house is HUGE and there was plenty of common area space for fun times! We had 2 incidents: One area near the garage reeked (like something died in the walls) and we couldn’t use that adjacent bedroom. And the upstairs air conditioner stopped working! BUT… The communication with the property mgr/owner was fantastic and prompt! They had someone come out to fix the AC and investigate the smell! Turns out the cleaning staff left a bag of Chinese food on the garage...

“We had was a good stay and a good time. Good neighborhood, great location, and nice ammenities, but not without a couple of hiccups. Overall, we'd stay again, but only if they 100% guaranteed they fixed the smoke alarm / fire detector issues. Pros: • Great location! Really close to attractions, grocery stores, shopping, and major roadways. • The number of beds and bathrooms were great. Never felt crowded even with 4 families. • The pool was big, warm, and clean. • The game room was a big hit...

“I booked the property for the weekend. The pool and hot tub were amazing! My children 5 and 1 both enjoyed their Winnie yhe Pooh room. My niece and son loved all the costumes in the closet and played dress up. The only downside was that the A/C too cold and we couldn't adjust it but there're worst things. Overall, a nice stay and a great time. ”

“Beautiful home conveniently located near the clubhouse and community pool. The house is tidy, clean, and well-maintained with comfortable beds. The backyard pool area faces a somewhat busy road, resulting in occasional noise, which is the only minor drawback I can think of. Communication with the friendly owner was smooth and prompt. While Terra Verde Resort is a bit older, it's well-kept. Surprisingly, it was quite peaceful during our stay; we often found ourselves the only ones by the pool....
