“El desayuno no es tan bueno como en otros home2 que he estado. No te avisan en el check inn que la limpieza es un dia si y un dia no. Te enteras hasta que estas en la habitación por un letrero. Sin embargo en la estancia de 4 dias 3 noches , nunca limpiaron la habitación. Su argumento fue que no lo agende en recepcion. No hicieron nada para resolverlo.”

“The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. Expedia didn’t solve nothing about this experience and I was charged with full price. There is not respect for the customer in this...
