The ground floor of the first building welcomes you with a warm and elegant living room adorned in soothing tones. Air-conditioned, the space includes a dining table for 6 and a satellite TV.



The well-equipped kitchen with stove, hobs, microwave, filter coffee machine, and utensils is in the same space and invites culinary exploration. A luminous window in the kitchen and a balcony door in the living room open to a spacious patio boasting an outdoor table for 10, surrounded by beautiful plants and offering an awe-inspiring sea view. A wooden deck in front of the patio can be used by the guests for sunbathing in privacy or for beautiful night sky watching.





On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning, and a balcony door leading to a captivating balcony with stunning sea views. The ground floor also hosts a convenient WC with a washing machine.



Ascending the staircase to the first floor, discover two cozy bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobes, and balconies with captivating sea views.
