Welcome to our comfortable detached house in the peaceful area of Mournies, Chania. Ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples, the property can accommodate up to 5 guests and offers the perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, and outdoor living.

The house is surrounded by a large private outdoor area beautifully landscaped with gravel and flowers. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining at the garden table with comfortable chairs and an umbrella, relax in the hammock, prepare delicious meals on the barbecue, and benefit from private parking on the premises.

Just five steps lead you to the entrance of the house, where you will find a spacious veranda furnished with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing moments while enjoying the fresh air and peaceful mountain views. A wall-mounted fan is also available for extra comfort during warm summer days.

Inside, the house features a large and welcoming living room with two sofa beds, a coffee table, a TV, and a cozy fireplace. Two armchairs that can be converted into sleeping beds are also available, providing additional sleeping options. The living room offers Α/C and direct access to the veranda.

To the right of the living room, you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for preparing meals, including a stovetop, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge-freezer, and coffee maker. Next to the kitchen is a dining area where you can enjoy your meals. A large window offers lovely views of the garden and the surrounding mountains.

The bathroom is conveniently located next to the living room and includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine, mirror, and storage shelves.

The property also features one comfortable bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, mirror, and a private balcony.

Although the living room is not equipped with air conditioning, it remains naturally cool and pleasant throughout most of the day.
