“This is a beautiful property with excellent staff and beautiful pool and whirlpool. Only 2 complaints. The whirlpool was not hot at all the 1st nite, so I talked to Michelle, the night clerk and nite #2 it was wonderful. One recommendation, don't let wild boys in the WHIRLPOOL with pool noodles that were coming apart into pieces that will end up in the filter. And the chlorine was WAY too high in the whirlpool. “Silver Sands Resort – A Hidden Gem!
I had an incredible stay at Silver Sands Resort. The rooms were immaculately clean—truly some of the cleanest I’ve ever experienced. The staff was absolutely wonderful: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
While the property is older, it’s very well maintained and has a charming, nostalgic feel that adds to its appeal. Everything was in great working order, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

“Lamplighter Bed and Breakfast is a clean and cozy b&b in downtown Ludington. My husband and I stayed there for one night prior to our departure on the S. S. Badger. We were welcomed upon arrival and given a brief tour and needed information regarding our stay. Restaurant recommendations were given and were spot on. After dinner we came back and relaxed in the common area with a glass of wine. Early the next morning we were delighted to experience an absolutely delicious breakfast!!! Such a nice...
