Apartamentos en Chapel Hill

“My family's experience renting this property this past weekend was very poor. While the apartment and amenities were good, the apartment was disgusting and dirty. It we had any other choice, we would've left immediately. When we arrived, the apartment looked like someone tried hard to do as little as possible to make it look clean. The previous occupant had a pet, and there was hair everywhere. The floors had not been swept, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the rugs in the bathroom had not...

“It.was.om close proximity to.DPAC!”

“My stay here was excellent. I enjoyed the peace and quie, which made it a great place to work remotely. I appreciated having everything I needed... dishes and silverware, washingmachine, coffee and coffee pot. The neighborhood is beautiful and a wonderful place for morning walks. I would definitely reserve this unit again when I visit Durham.”

“Getting around was simple and stress-free, appreciated that convenience.”

“Nice place, price was great and in nice neighborhood”

“The place was perfect for running the Durham Marathon. We were in walking distance to the American Tobacco Company (start of race).”

“The apartment is functional, but no effort was made to make it comfortable. The pictures posted aren't accurate. The couch is old, lumpy, and dirty. No rugs, no pillows, just an old coffee table. There were a lot of little annoyances, no toilet paper, broken toilet paper holder, the sheets and towels seemed clean, but were all stained and old.The rug in the bathroom was gross, stained, old, and dirty. The bathtub doesn't drain so you're standing in water.Unfortunately there's zero sound barrier....

“Great 1-bedroom stay for my solo work trip to Durham. Quiet neighborhood, and kitchenette.”

“Place was very cute and clean. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen had so many appliances in case you needed to cook. It had great lighting, and the remote for the A/C was easy to operate.”
