“The owners were super! Plenty of parking and COVERED parking for your UTV. They had our trail passes ready for us and anything else we needed.(ice,bottled water)Our dog Copper was very comfortable here and loved the dog visits from William and Jennifers dogs as well as the neighbors dogs. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for trail riding Bearwallow and Rockhouse. Washer & Dryer made my weekend..I like going home with my clothes already washed!”

“We had a great time. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Location is perfect because it’s close to everything. Neighbors were very nice! Host was super nice and very accommodating. We will definitely come back and stay again! Dirt Days was a lot of fun for us and my nephews. The vendors were very friendly. The town has a lot of cool history.”

“Parking will hold 4 trucks with trailers and this includes on street parking and the gravel parking area. We had to park a car on the trailer so we had room for the side by sides to park in the gravel area. There is no privacy other than bathrooms. The house otherwise was clean and held 10 guests. There are alot of run down or abandoned properties right around the area. There was alot of late night traffic.”

“Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay as planned due to being exposed and testing positive for Covid. Our host was understanding and very helpful, even offering different dates for a future stay. However, due to end of year work obligations we were unable to make plans. Genuinely nice, honest host that went out of her way to accommodate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“Ashley was a wonderful host. She responded to all questions promptly and had plenty of information on Hatfield McCoy trails near the house. She left a list of nearby restaurants and SXS repair shops. House is in a quiet neighborhood. We plan to stay here again.”
