“Such a cute little place in the country. Perfect amount of space for us & 3 sons. Loved the bottle of wine in main bedroom. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evenings. I do wish the upstairs beds had sheets already on them as I’m rather tall and hard to maneuver mattresses. But I would highly recommend.”

“Perfect country house with everything you need to enjoy Brenham and the countryside. Special thanks to the owners for having any supplies one might forget and for labeling where all things are. Will stay there again.”

“Everything was great there were fresh eggs, honey, and vegetables waiting on the counter. The home was very unique the design and architecture was amazing. The only thing I wish was done, if they mowed a trail around the house, I realized the wildflowers were blooming but a path to walk out of the high grass would have been a plus. Also if the trails that they mapped out were mowed the wives might have wanted to take a walk. But overall a great hidden gem to relax away from the city noise.”

“My husband and I stayed here for an event in a nearby town. Our only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer! Everything was perfect. It was immaculately clean, perfectly decorated and the bed was SO comfortable. I wish we had longer to linger on the private back patio and take in the gorgeous scenery. “Overall, we had a great stay. The house was in great shape in the interior. We had a few issues, but overall the host was responsive. The listing had mentioned a hot tub, but there was not one present. The host was unaware that it was listed on VRBO as having one. I couldn't ever connect with the Wifi, but after it was reset, my husband was able to. I still couldn't receive phone calls. The space was perfect for what we needed. Lots of cute personal touches. You can tell the owners really care...

“This property was so cute and had so much character and charm. We absolutely loved it. I can’t wait to stay there again. Ken and Kat were great hosts too. They were available for questions and we definitely appreciated the little surprise snacks they left us. Overall I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.”

“Beautiful property close to round top! We went with our 1 year old and another family and their 2 year old. The kids loved the pool and the open floor plan of the house made it easy to keep an eye on them. Amanda thought of everything stocking the house with toiletries, cooking supplies and smores kit. Adorable welcome gift. Nothing but positive things to say about the house. We’ll definitely be coming back!”

“This was our groups second time to stay, so that should say something! Gracious hosts! Great location for all the fun and shopping around Roundtop. Full kitchen, very comfortable sleeping for 6, nice bathrooms, and the homemade breakfasts each morning are the icing on the cake. Highly recommend, and we hope to return again next year!”
