  • Cozy little lakeside cottage with AMAZING views of beautiful Clinton lake. Set on the front deck and listen to all the sounds of nature while watching all the activity on the lake!! What a great place to unwind. Serene and private setting. This peaceful country property will allow you to unwind and forget about all your worries of everyday life. Custom kitchen cabinets with quartz counter tops and an island large enough to seat 12. The kitchen is the front of the cottage so everyone can enjoy the view while cooking, dining or playing games. One bedroom and bathroom are found on main level and the remaining beds andsecond bedroomsre found in the walkout basement. This cottage is one you will book again and again.

    We have plenty of boat trailer parking on the property. The property to the West is private property but feel free to park your boat outside the fence on either side of drive or backed in by dumpster. The yard is not fully fenced in.

Staycation close to the lake

We had a wonderful time staying close to home & having easy access to the lake. Great views of the lake from the porch. The house was clean & modernized & equipped with everything we needed.

What a gem!

The listing looked good, but this cottage was even better in person! We enjoyed outdoors and in, and as others have commented, the attention to decorations and supplies was excellent.

Great place for friends to gather

Convenient location next to a gorgeous lake. The town is nearby if you need anything. The house is well furnished. We would happily return to this gem of a spot.

Weekend getaway

Cottage has an amazing view of the lake and only 5 minutes from the marina. We had fun in the sun and would definitely go back!

We loved the stay, great decor, relaxing getaway. Deck and living room windows have wonderful view of the lake. We made smores at the fire pit in the large yard. Our kids enjoyed the bedrooms and large comfy couch. 3 mintues to the beach and marina where we rented a pontoon. Would recommend

Great Getaway for Family Time

The deck and kitchen area are perfect for gathering with friends and family. Weather wasn't great for a fire at the firepit. View is awesome and peaceful!
