We rented these two units because we were staying in Charlotte for the week of Thanksgiving and they are reasonably close to my relative’s home. Be advised, however, that the units are in a transitional neighborhood. We live in a city and are used to such neighborhoods, but if you’re not, don’t rent these units. Second, “StayNue,” the property company that manages these units, is very suspect as a proper company run by actual humans. They are not coming to check the mail, and both units have mailboxes overflowing with mail, including notices from Code Enforcement of violations. Sketchy. Also, I did not receive access instructions until minutes before check-in, which I found extremely nerve-wracking given the cost already spent. Finally, there were several plumbing issues in one of the units. I texted the “customer service” number on the first day of our stay and was told (possibly by a chatbot) that they would “get right on it.” But of course, that never happened. All in all, the units were functional (mostly) and clean, but I cannot in good faith recommend to anyone else to choose these when there are so many options.
