DAMAGE WAIVER / SECURITY DEPOSIT
For stays of 1–29 nights, choose either a $750 refundable security deposit (held on your payment method and refunded within 7 business days after checkout) or a $27/night non-refundable damage waiver (capped at $500 per stay). Stays of 30+ nights require a $1,500 refundable security deposit, charged before check-in and refunded within 30 days after checkout.
