This house was very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our extended stay. We were in town visiting our son at college the house was conveniently located near everything we needed to get to. It was a short walk into town to visit the coffee shops and the boutiques. The host was quick to reply to my questions and was very easy to work with.

This space was exactly as shown. Really enjoyed the quiet of the back street, closeness to town. The beds were very nice, which is always a biggie.Nicely appointed kitchen and utensils!Host was top notch and helped us with a late request which a very nice touch!Will visit again!

Ryan the most was very helpful with little things. He was also extremely helpful when I happened to be visiting for the 13 inches of snow! I thought I would never get out...lo and behold, a team came and dug me out!
A red shoulder hawk landed on the fence post one day.
My two labradors loved the home.
Outside fenced yard was so helpful!

We booked the trip due to a work project my husband had in a nearby area. Originally, it was to be myself, husband and our two small dogs, but due to the declining health of a family member I and the dogs were unable to travel. My husband had recently hired an employee (family friend) who stayed with him instead. Both have stated the home was great. While my husband would have liked a location closer to the job site, this was only a short 30 min drive. Day of arrival the host was able to accommodate early check-in which was great for my husband and much appreciated since he had just finished a project in South Carolina. Would definitely stay again if he has another project come up.

This is such a beautiful home ! The owner has very good communication and accommodating. The kitchen and master bathroom were my favorite parts of the home. Very easy check in and out process.

Premium price, cheap experience. It was clean and looked as the pictures advertised. That being said, they were draconian about rules over text, we couldn’t have family visitors around the funeral, towels were thin and tiny, small water heater, etc. Pretty sure I caught them taking pictures of our cars the next morning. Charged extra fees. Felt uncomfortable when we really needed the relaxing escape advertised.

Our stay at Relaxing Belmont was wonderful. The house was beautiful and spotless, and we appreciated all the little extras that made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We loved the front deck and large fenced in yard for our dog. The open floor plan was perfect for our family of ten to socialize. The location was close to Belmont Abbey College, The Whitewater Center, and Charlotte. Our host Ryley was responsive and made our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Long term Belmont stay

My dog and I stayed for about 5 weeks at this property and did NOT want to leave! The owner clearly thought everything through that a guest would need. Our favorite part of the place was the deck with comfy furniture and nice string lights for relaxing in the evening or sunbathing on a hot day. My dog and I loved the yard for fetch and getting energy out. We even used the fire pit one night. Plenty of space inside with a wide variety of cookware. Absolutely would stay here again if in town for work again. We miss it already! Thank you.

Family visit in Charlotte

My immediate family was visiting extended family in Charlotte. We needed place to stay that the kids could still have their own space, and yet also have a space where all of us could spend time together. This place exceeded that need. The house was extremely clean and stocked with the needed supplies for our 3 day stay. A nice little convenient touch was that all the electrical switches were labeled. One nice surprise we learned while we were there was that there are a few board games–some of which were Disney themed–stored away in one of the cabinets. Those unexpected board games created for us some fun filled memories. Since it was cold outside, we did not get the opportunity to take advantage of the outdoor space. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and Belmont had many restaurant options just a few minutes drive away. Our property manager checked in with me periodically and was highly responsive to any of my questions. I highly recommend this place for a family stay.

We arrived at the property 70 minutes before check in. I had reached out & ask if the house was available about four hours before we arrived..NO response. Finally got in the house a few minutes after 5:00. Went to dinner & could not get back in the house. Finally spoke w property manager & he told me I needed to be more understanding! It was 30 degrees outside & our dogs were in the house. He said he tried to call me & went to voicemail. I ask him if he left me a message & her replied no bc I might have had my phone turned off. He then told me he text me. I told him that made no sense!!! He would not leave a message, due to my phone “possibly “ being off, but he wanted to text me. Also why would I have my phone off when we could not get in the house! We have stayed in many VRBOs & have never been treated like everything that happened was our problem!!!!

Beautiful spacious home. Fenced yard perfect for dogs. Inviting front porch. Host provides many thoughtful amenities. (Well-stocked kitchen, coffee, spices and other goods; laundry supplies) Restaurants, shopping, grocery store a 5 minute drive.
