Great little vacay to Charlotte with my teenage son. Went to a concert, shopped and love finding secret dives/local hot spots/gems/restaurants in any city we visit! Our VRBO super cute and quaint in a great neighborhood very close to all inner city attractions. The team that has this listing was super friendly, quick, and so easy with any questions/responses, very easy to work with definitely 5 stars for Benjamin Breenman! The only reason I did not give 5 stars for location is the lack of noise control from the rental upstairs above our unit. I’m not really sure what was going on up there but it kinda felt like some sort of carnival/circus group might have been visiting at the same time. I can sleep/be cool with anything.. but if you are a light sleeper and want calm… might not be your place! Thanks for the place will definitely recommend! Cassie

Cozy convenient condo

We came to Charlotte to celebrate Christmas with our son. This condo was so convenient to his place and everywhere else we wanted to go. Loved how it is decorated, it made a cozy, comfy holiday for us, thank you!

We have stayed at this property twice when visiting our daughter who lives close by. It is very convenient and we love the neighborhood. The property is clean, comfortable and easy to work with, we will definitely use again.

Meets the need, but showing it's age and clearly there to make money

This apartment photographs quite well, but it's showing its age inside. All of the fixtures are pretty cheap. It has everything you need, but it's just not as well cared for as when you rent a place that is owned by an individual, rather than a company. The communication was quick, but when we reported an issue about needing a new water filter, it was never confirmed that it was resolved. We had an okay time here, thus the 3 stars. The neighborhood is the biggest selling point of this property.

Nice but would not stay again

Pros: Lovely neighborhood, comfy bed, nice living areas, and for the most part very clean. Cons: Bathtub grout/caulk needs to be cleaned/replaced - there is mold. This is an older building and every morning and evening from the apartment above we were serenaded by heavy footsteps and other sounds (like moving furniture?? - we couldn't figure out what was going on).

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was nicely outfitted with all the necessities (nice quality bedding and towels, bathing accessories, kitchen necessities,etc). The inclusion of wine and fruit was a welcoming touch. The only recommendation would be to find a TV service that consistently works. The current streaming service was difficult to watch and channels were limited. Otherwise, everything was great and we would stay again without hesitation.

lovely property but...

There was a large amount of mold in the bathroom which prevented us from staying past one night. You could see that they painted over it and it came right through. Me and my daughters all felt sick from it.

How amazing of a treat this place turned out to be!!! Perfect location, friendly neighbors, close to bars, restaurants, shops and so much more. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. The house was beyond amazing! Well stocked with goodies and very accessible communication with the host. My friend and I have found our go to in Charlotte! Amazing experience all the way around!!!

This property was perfect! The owners ensured we had everything we needed and more. It truly felt like a second home. Off street parking was a plus. The location was very convenient to many restaurants. Food Lion grocery was a 5 minute walk. I highly recommend staying at this location for your visit to Charlotte.

Great location, great space!

I stayed here with my father, and so we used both bedrooms. There is a single bathroom, two bedrooms (a king and two twins), a very comfortable livingroom/dining area, and a small kitchen. There is also a screened porch, off-street parking, laundry in unit, and basically, it's quite nice. The building dates back to the 1930s and the neighborhood is very walkable and cute. It's about a mile from the rapid transit line, or there is a nearby bus. Very convenient to uptown locations such as the convention center, football arena, etc. The proprieter stocked some items of convenience that we took advantage of -- a bottle or two of wine, some snacks, fruit, orange juice, coffee, plus some items to make a basic cocktail. We really appreciated this. I would very much recommend staying here.

Classy and Comfortable

This is our second time here and we love everything from the comfortable beds to the nice kitchen to the cozy living room and the beautiful screened in porch. A real bonus is being in short walking distance to so many Dilworth gems and a short drive or uber ride to all Charlotte has to offer. We will be back!
