The overall experience was more than satisfactory with an overall rate of 4.5 out of 5 stars. In regards to check-in everything was smooth and easy to follow. The facility was very clean, spacious and consistent with pictures on the website. There were a few minor issues such as:The venetian blind in the bedroom on the first level behind the 1st bunk bed was broken on the left side. The towel bar in the bathroom of the first bedroom at the top of the stairs was loose.The experience with unlocking and locking the entryway was very poor which also includes the entry to the garage where the locking mechanisms on both front entryway and garage access malfunctioned several times.Kitchen facilities were beautiful; very satisfactory except for a coffee mug handle breaking off at first contact, and the left front stove range did not get as hot as the other ranges to the point of needing to shift cooking on that range.Wi-fi access was great.Transport access was great. Again, our stay was overall 90% and we would stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We were all absolutely impressed with the beauty of the place. We sincerely believed it was the place we deserved to be in. The fact that it's near Charlotte's Convention Center was a huge plus for us. The Kitchen and Bathrooms were well equipped. Loved it!

Great Location and Property

We had a great time during our visit! This property is central to anywhere you'd need to visit in Charlotte and only 10 minutes from the airport. Some of the mattresses could be updated, but they aren't terrible.

Exceeded Expectations in Every Way

I would give more stars if I could! This stay was absolutely perfect and even better in person. The space is warm and inviting, with a great layout and plenty of seating and bedding, which is ideal for groups. The host made everything seamless and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, and the rooftop views were incredible. I highly recommend it!

Host no responsive

Shortly after check in we discovered a very large yellow jacket nest under table on the deck the deck was why we booked this place i called 3 times and left messages the host at some point sent me an email message that he would drop off spray tomorrow i did not check emails because im on vaca that’s why i called very poor service to rectify the issue we had to go buy wasp spay to take care of the issue ourselves Not recommending this host lazy!!!

Beautiful Charlotte Townhouse

We loved our stay at this property. Our first time visiting NC with my family to watch Vikings vs. Panthers (Vikes win)! It was the perfect space, beautifully set up with everything you need. Great location to downtown too! Thank you!!!

Fabulous and Beautiful Home

This home was more than what I saw in the pictures. The photos are beautiful however seeing it with my own eyes I was amazed and speechless. The home was clean, it had everything you will need except for food. There were enough linen and pillows for every to have at least 3 a piece. I'm came from CA. and the home reminded me of a California home. The color and decor everything. Wow. My words can not express how I truly feel. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Charlotte townhome

Beautiful, spacious and well-located town home. This was perfect for our multi-generational group of 5 (80, 60s, 20s). Great gathering spaces but also great spaces for spreading out and giving everyone privacy. Parking was free and very easy. We would stay again.

Weekend stay - group of 8

Our group of 8 (7 adults and 1 teen) stayed in this unit for a weekend. Kody was immediately responsive to any questions and quickly resolved any concerns. We loved the location between the airport and uptown. The rooftop patio views of the city are great. The open floor plan on the 2nd floor living, kitchen, and dining areas are ideal for a group to spread out but still be together. The unit was clean and there were plenty of toiletries available if needed. We didn't cook during our visit, but the appliances appeared to be in great shape. The listing indicates that the unit sleeps 10. Based on our experience, 10 would be tight but 9 shouldn't have a problem. This isnt anything that would change my opinion of the unit. I would highly recommend Kody and his place.

Perfect for a low key bachelorette weekend

The property was clean and nice! Enough room for 9 people to sleep and mingle comfortably! The manager was patient and quick to respond when we had questions! We had a very relaxing and nice weekend!

Great amenities, great location

With 3 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms AND 2 half baths - there was no shortage of room for sleeping and getting ready for the day. The living room was nicely furnished with a comfortable sectional; the kitchen was spacious - lots of room for sitting around and drinking coffee. I especially liked the 4th floor loft area and the view of the Charlotte skyline. The place was clean, stylish, and upscale (real wood floors). The location can't be beat - we visited family in the north and south parts of Charlotte as well as a small town west of Charlotte. You can take surface streets to avoid the busy highways.
