Very clean except bed covers - stained or dirty.Would have been nice to have more towels & wash cloths, had to do laundry twice while there to have enough for 4 people for 6 nights.

Great stay, perfect location!

This property was the perfect fit for our group of 5 women in Charlotte for the men’s ACC basketball tournament. The bathroom set up was great with two separate rooms with the toilet and shower and three large vanities with sinks. The Spectrum tournament venue was an easy walk from the property, as well as a plethora of restaurants. The property was clean and offered all of the amenities we needed. Communication with Michael was a breeze! We all agreed that we would stay there again.

Amazing place too stay!!

My family and I loved staying here. Everything was convenient, there was more than enough space, and an absolutely amazing view of the city! The host were always responsive and always available to answer questions i had. Thank you guys again. I will definitely be booking another stay soon!

Very nice apt and suggestions for improvement

Change the listed square footage of your apartment. It is not 14000+. It is probably 1200 sq ft. Otherwise, the apartment is quite lovely. The utensils are low quality. We would suggest adding the following: Keurig with complimentary coffee or auto-shutoff coffee maker, proper wine opener (yours is broken), kitchen scissors, and dishcloth to wipe down countertops and dry dishes; consider additional towels (optional), and can opener. Be specific in parking directions—Park IN THE BUILDING SPACE, NOT across the street. If you arrive at night and are unfamiliar with the surroundings, you will not be looking for parking when there is optional parking across the street. We got an $85 ticket because we were unaware of parking in the building. Having said all of that, it is an excellent place, and we had a great time. I would highly recommend staying there.

Nice downtown aprtment

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a nice building with an elevator and easy parking! Very clean and organized! Enough pillows and towels provided. Walking distance to restaurants and bars! Super great place and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Great Place! Perfect Location!

My sisters and I stayed here and it was fantastic! The view from our 4 bedroom room was beautiful, during the day and especially at night! It was clean, easy to check in/out, and parking lot was so convenient. The hosts were easy to contact and answered any questions promptly. I highly recommend staying here!!

We had a group of four coworkers stay in this apartment for a conference and had a quick and easy experience. Apartment was as advertised, and the hosts did a great job of providing easy instructions. Would definitely stay with them again.

Stayed here with other co-workers while at a work conference. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Very nice and safe area of the city. The building was nice and well taken care of. The room itself had 4 spacious rooms and 2 big bathrooms. It was perfect. Easy 5 Stars.

Great set-up and location!

The owner was extremely responsive from beginning to end. The apartment was centrally located, nice and clean and spacious. The set-up was perfect for our group of 4 adult women. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

The location is great. Having so many rooms is even better. The apartment complex isn’t clean and smells and the apartment it’s self was clean ish but the floors were BAD and it smelled of smoke

Panthers weekend getaway

Overall it was a great stay. Proximity to the city and the stadium were great. Weight room was great and we loved our balcony overlooking the city. A few negatives…the floor was so dirty that we had to wear shoes. We learned this after discovering our socks were black and had to throw them away. The security door to get in the building had been kicked in and was broken our entire stay. The pool sticks were also broken and unusable in the game room.
