Amazing!

We absolutely loved Brightwater Cove! The amenities were wonderful. The pool and rec room were great for our family to chill and hang out. The view is gorgeous and the home is spectacular!! We will be coming back.

Awesome House, Awesome Pool, Awesome Property with Awesome views!

We had a wonderful stay at Brightwater Cove. Plenty of space for living, sleeping, and fun. Great place for multiple families to stay. Location was in a great, safe, clean neighborhood and close to attractions around Lake Norman. House was extremely clean and prepared for our family. The pool was a big hit for all. Would absolutely come back. Check in and communications were smooth and super. No complaints other than the walk to the pool was a bit far. The house could benefit from an entrance to the pool off the kitchen, you had either had to go through the garage or basement to get there. Bottom of the pool was also rough on our feet and we had a few cuts had by all, just be mindful. All in all, AWESOME. Highly recommend.

The house of dreams and bees

We created wonderful memories with friends and family! The house was amazing and the pool was a fantastic add to the experience. Location of the house was great and easy to find. Overall house was clean and had plenty of space. Only had one bad experience and that was the bees by the pool. Three of our guest were stung and the bees were troublesome. Other than the bees, I would recommend this house!

Beautiful house on quiet cove with awesome pool!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this property. It was myself, husband & 2 children, plus my parents & aunt. This house was big enough to accommodate all 7 of us comfortably. The kitchen was equipped with an abundance of cooking utensils and when we discovered there was no tea kettle, the management company had Amazon deliver one overnight. The pool was a big hit, a great addition that was recently added to the property. There are pool floats located in the storage room under the deck which was appreciated. The basketball hoop in the pool was fantastic, we had fun having free-throw tournaments. The ping pong table in the basement was also a lot of fun. There was a bunch of yard games at the house which we never had the chance to play but it was great that they were available. The 2 kayaks got plenty of use and the quiet cove is the perfect place to take a kayak out for a bit. The house has 3 fridges total and a wine fridge, which was perfect for all our food & we used one as a designated drink fridge. The beds were comfy, however, I'd suggest blinds or blackout curtains in the bedrooms as we didn't really want to wake up at sunrise while on vacation. It was nice to relax on the sectional in the basement with a huge tv and full kitchen down there. We ate all our meals outside on the deck enjoying the beautiful view, but an umbrella would have been nice to have on the table as the sun hits the deck directly in the mornings. We had an amazing stay & can't wait to come back!

Best family vacation!

This property has everything you need!!!!!! Life jackets, towels, kayaks, paddle boards and more. We didn't have great weather but our kids age 3-13 has the absolute best time. The house was perfection!

Great Getaway

The property is beautiful inside and out and great attention is paid to the details which make a trip more enjoyable. The staff was great and attentive and the house did not disappoint in any way. I would love to stay there again and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Lakeside dream vacation

I could write a book about how wonderful this house is to vacation in, but I will stick to some helpful key points and comments. The house is directly on the lake with beautiful views from almost every back window. It’s amazing to be in the kitchen cooking meals and be able to look out onto the water. The Master Bedroom also has amazing views. What a fantastic way to wake up in the morning! The property is huge and we felt like we had lots of privacy and space from the other houses in the cove. The back deck and boat dock have been recently updated and have been done in trex-like material which is wonderful, no wood splinters! The private dock has room for a rental boat and was great for fishing and lake access swimming. There is a little sandy area to hang out down by the lake with steps to enter. You don’t have to jump over sharp rocks or sticks to get to the water. There is also a separate boat launching area which made getting the kayaks and paddle boards into the water a piece of cake. The fire pit area by the lake is an absolute dream. Very high end with Adirondack chairs and lighting around the pit when it got dark. Lots of s’mores were consumed here! The house is stocked with lots of games to enjoy with the family and books to read during your down time. You literally just need to bring your clothes and food for the week. Everything else is there. It was perfect. All the bedrooms are very spacious and either have a bathroom or have one next to it. The basement level is perfect for relaxing and extra room for the kids to hangout and watch a movie or play table tennis. Several grocery stores and Walmart are a quick 10 min drive away if you forgot something or need worms for fishing! I really can’t say enough about this property. You will not be disappointed.

Lakefront Beauty

This home was exactly as advertised. Beautiful inside and out. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are updated, beautiful, and very well stocked. Wonderful and newer upper deck and lower patio. Big, lush yard with fire-pit, cute little beach area, and updated and large dock. The lower level is new, huge, and very comfy with huge TV and great kitchen, plus ping-pong table! This property is GREAT!!

Lovely Stay

This house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The decor was very tasteful and the bedding was comfortable. Our family fit nicely and had plenty of space in the house. Loved the large yard and being able to keep our boat at the dock during our stay. The fire pit was fun for making s'mores with the kids. Would recommend this house for families!
