First, Joyce and Gerard are amazing hosts! They were responsive from before I even booked the property until after we checked out. They reached out the day of check in to confirm we were all set and see if we needed anything. I especially appreciated them notifying me of an electronic item that was left behind and coordinating with me to retrieve said item after my family had already checked out. The house is perfect to host family visiting from out of town. We specifically choose this property because it had four bedrooms and didn't have multiple beds cramped into a room. Our group consisted of 5 adults, so having a queen bed in each room was the perfect set up.There were two living room areas and two dining areas, and space for the adults to move around and spread out during the stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. The next family gathering we have, we will absolutely be booking this property.

Enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our recent stay. The property was easy to find, and it is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We liked that two of the bedrooms are downstairs, which was helpful for the grandparents. The home was clean and our stay was comfortable!

Way overpriced and huge disappointment

Listed as having a hot tub, but NO. We chose this property and paid lots more BECAUSE IT HAD A HOT TUB. Owners refusing to give more than 50 refund. House was dirty. Dirt hanging from bathroom vents and A/C grate. Vent fans made such a horribe rattling noise, we couldn't use them.Glasses and pans dirty. Miscellaneous crap everywhere - like paint in kitchen cabinet, motor oil over washer. Disgusting hair dryer full of someone's hair. Woefully insufficiently stocked to prepare and/or eat meals. Toaster broken. Use of cutting board expressly required, but none provided.Texted owner and was told "Walmart is just down the street." Phone number in VRBO listing was wrong, and owners refused to respond to multiple messages. Sent email after departure and received nothing but lame excuses for all the issues. This house could be nice, but it seems the owners just don't care and just want to sit back and collect the money. And it's definitely not worth what they're charging.

We were here for high school graduation. The area is quiet and we felt very safe. We were able to walk the neighborhood although they have no sidewalks. Joyce and David provided water and snacks which was very appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.

Wedding weekend

This home and neighborhood are absolutely fantastic for a nice family function, our daughter was married at Carmel CC just up the road and this location was perfect. And the hosts were very responsive, left some snacks and bottled water for us, which was well received after a long drive! Definitely the place to stay if we are back that way!

Great home base for wedding weekend

We stayed here with our adult kids/spouses for a family wedding weekend. It was a great spot for hanging out in between events and had space for meals and playing games and enjoying the beautiful sunny backyard. Nothing flashy here, but clean, comfortable and everything we needed.

Great Location for Charlotte Visit

Our family came to visit my daughter and see the new baby. We were just a mile from her house so it was very convenient. The house had plenty of room, and the beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of towels and linens. We would definitely say here again!

Everything about our experience was great. My dad and I especially enjoyed going out for a jog in the neighborhood each morning. We saw a deer in the neighbor's yard one night! Lovely in every way.

Compassion and perfect

We got stuck in Denver from the 2022 blizzard. They allowed us to extend our stay and didn’t charge us. Clean, small amenities-like water bottles and coffee and laundry soap were sooooo appreciated. Will DEFINITELY stay here again
