Great Location, Responsive Host, Comfy Bed

We had an excellent stay! The apartment was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. This location is perfect for staying out of the center of the city, but close to things to do. Walking distance to restaurants and transportation. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful apartment!

The apartment is wonderful! Clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen came complete with coffee maker, and our hosts even provided orange juice and English muffins for breakfast! The location is fantastic, with lots of nearby restaurants and parks, and easy access to attractions.

Great walkable location in Charlotte

Loved the location, so many great restaurants, breweries and coffee close by. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees and gardens. The birds and traffic were a bit noisy, but we slept very comfortably. Management was very responsive when we needed something.

We loved staying in this vintage property with great Mid Century décor! Wonderful welcoming touches of snacks and groceries and super clean! Comfortable bed and bath. Beautiful neighborhood for walks and front porch for Happy Hour and people watching and everything you need close by!

Lovely Stay!

Really enjoyed the owners hospitality from little touches like wine, spaghetti and sauce, seasonings, coffee, paper towels, I could keep going! The apartment is very quiet from any street noise and bed was super comfy. Loved the front porch in the evenings watching everyone walking their dogs!

awesome southern hospitality

This place is beautifully furnished and very spacious. What really made it a stand out was the great communication from the owner and all the welcome surprises when we arrived. Wine, OJ, English muffins and more. Also great towels and other amenities which really make a difference. If I return to Charlotte I would look forward to staying here again.

Amazing Host, Great Location, Cozy Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charlotte and would reserve this property again. The hosts made us feel completely welcome with goodies and drinks upon arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked and the place was very clean. We spent a lot of time on the lovely front porch and walked to restaurants nearby. The host was responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Great Apartment, Great Location, Great Time!

this apartment rental was perfect for us. The décor is hip and fun, everything worked great and the little extras made it a really wonderful stay. Snacks, fruit, breakfast goods, wine ,and cocktails from the owners really made us feel at home quickly. Having the local papers there also helped us plug-in to Charlotte . Communication with The Home Collection was great and they mde it so easy to get in and get out. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!
