Condo is in a great location in Charlotte and overall was everything I needed. I locked myself out but owner helped me out to get back in immediately, which was a relief, but also a reason an electronic keypad needs to be installed so you don’t have to mess with keys. It is updated but there are damaged walls and door casings. I agree with other review that there was an odd smell inside. Air fresheners were in the outlets which made it kind of worse. The blinds also need to be replaced. I had to hang a sheet over the bedroom window in order to be to sleep. I also was woken up at about 5 am by upstairs neighbors. They were times they were loud but fortunately it was only two or three times for about 5-10 minutes at a time. I did also have to figure out where the coffee machine was as it was not in the kitchen. I found it on the top shelf of the pantry and had to clean it out as it was dirty. The kitchen could also be stocked better but not a big deal. Last thing to know is the unit was hard to find at first. I arrived at night and could not see anything from the parking lot. There are no lights on the buildings over the signs showing the units.
