Host was extremely welcoming. All the little extras are available at the house and plenty big enough for our guests to enjoy their time. Woulld 1000% recommend this stay if you are looking for a place on Lake Norman. Was an excellent experience.

Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, well supplied basics such as towels, paper products. Nice dock area and porches. Responsive host. Needs additional seating- no chairs in bedrooms, sectional couch but no other seating in living room. Mostly bare walls, bare floors and no curtains or upholstery makes for loud acoustics. Some people might not notice it.

Is overall we really enjoy this property! The nice thing with this property is we didn't have to pack everything in our house but the kitchen sink. I had the bed sheets, the bath towels, towels for the lake, beds made up, hand soap, dish soap, very high end brand of everything in the shower! Couldn't ask for more. Very attentive! We will seek them out again. Much better than dealing with homeowners!

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Great communication through the whole process. Enough bedrooms for the size of our group. Easily reachable from the airport. Enjoyed some time at the fire pit and even enjoyed some team building with some friendly competition on the arcade games and shuffleboard.

Family Thanksgiving win!

We hosted 22 people at the lake house for Thanksgiving, and it was great! The kids loved the game room (played for hours and hours), the bedrooms and bathrooms were all comfortable, and the family loved the large common areas. We cooked a full thanksgiving meal, and the multiple fridges really made a huge difference. Perhaps best of all, the management company was incredibly responsive and quick to stop by to resolve any issues. Would stay here again!

Had a wonderful time. House was great! Everything was good, except for the trash situation. Called and asked for trash pickup on Friday was told someone would be out. They never came and the trash was overflowing by the time we left.

Early holiday

House is beautiful, and very comfortable for a large group. Arcade room kept the kids happy, and the hot tub and fire pit were awesome! Plenty of towels, firewood, and all the trash bags and cleaning supplies were well stocked. Management company was super responsive by text to any questions we had. We had a great vacation!

Perfect lake getaway

The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a relaxing weekend away with family or friends. The views are stunning, and all of the rooms made for a comfortable and fun stay. The position on the lake itself is extraordinary, and the communication prior and throughout the stay was reliable, quick, and helpful. Would absolutely go back.

Exceeded all expectations!

The house was beautiful and clean and perfect for a large group. There were some issues with the air conditioner, and was extremely impressed with how it was managed. They were communicative in finding a quick solution and accommodating in whatever we needed even offering to find a new property. (It was quickly fixed and no problem) the dock was incredible for our two boats and jet skis! Highly recommend!

A perfect weekend getaway for a group

This house was perfect for our group of 13 adults and 8 children. There was plenty of space for all to have their own space and to hang out in a group. We used the kayaks, fire pit, game room and the hot tub. Such a great house and view!!

Amazing home

Amazing home, on an amazing location. Our large group found privacy and comfortable meeting areas throughout. The firepit outside by the lake was very especially alluring. Our only request would be to adjust all the lighting in the kitchen areas…bulbs were either out or too bright. Highly recommend!!!
