We had a wonderful stay! The amenities were phenomenal and truly exceeded our expectations. It really felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Graduation Celebration

The home is very spacious allowing plenty of space to move about comfortably. The pool, theater room, basketball goal and kayak were a perfect addition to keep us all entertained.

Birthday celebrations / family get-together

Our extended family stayed here near the end of January 2025 to celebrate birthdays and to get everyone together for the first time. Communication with property was great. Clear instructions on entry to property and expectations. The house was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for 17 of us, ranging from ages of under 1 to 70. We were able to spread out and play games, watch movies, put together puzzles and cook meals. It was a short few days together, unfortunately, but we packed a lot into those few days and we had an amazing time. Everyone’s asking when we can do it again. They would love to come back to this property.

Collins Family Vacation

It was wonderful. The home was stocked with all cooking needs. Pool was a big plus. Lake was enjoyed by kids and adults. Would definitely recommend renting this home.

Celebrating Oma and Life!

Our family of 17, ranging in ages 10-75, gathered to celebrate a variety of recent family milestones--graduations, birthdays, business success, and the 75th birthday of mom/oma. We all love the water and have vacationed on Lake Norman together at least a dozen times. The swimming pool was a wonderful addition, as were the boat and jet ski rentals. The company's we used were recommended by the property management company and each were delightful to work with--excellent customer service from those rental companies. We fished, swam, went tubing, and took full advantage of the lake and its amenities. The outdoor space was awesome. The house is lovely, but in need of attention on several levels. There was ample sleep space--although mattress comfort varied from OK to uncomfortable. The theater room was much loved by the teens and younger family members. Communication with the property management company left much to be desired once we arrived on site. That aspect of the experience was very disappointing. There were a number of issues that existed upon our arrival and were brought to the attention of the property management company very soon after our arrival. A workman was begrudgingly sent over on our day of arrival after over an hour of texting with someone on staff. A follow-up email sent about other persistent issues the next morning and again on day 5, that received no response until the day before our departure from the week's stay.

5 Star House

The house was exactly as expected, extremely clean with several amenities, and the host made the check in and check out process very easy! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to host a larger group of friends and family in the area!

Immaculate Property

Plenty of trash cans on property but they were already completely full by the time we checked in. For the price of the rental, this issue shouldn’t have to be on guests to haul off their trash because the receptacles weren’t empty. Would recommend this property in the future

Quiet, peaceful with easy access to the lake.

We enjoyed our week. I would say, the property certainly takes a beating and is need of some repairs especially for the cost of the weekly rental. My one frustration was their "noise" system which malfunctioned one night and I kept getting text messages at 11:30 pm & 11:48 pm saying we were making too much noise while we were already in bed. We then got another notification the last night when everyone in the neighborhood was setting off fireworks and having a party. So, that needs looked into. I wasn't prepared for the amount of snakes in the evenings in the front of the house, just wish I would have been made aware that they aren't poisonous.

A Lovely, Luxurious Lake Stay

This was our first time choosing a lake vacation versus a beach, and we all loved our experience! The lake was BEAUTIFUL, warm, and a great time. The house fit our family so well, was really well stocked with everything we needed, had a really fun lily pad to hang out on at the dock, and the location was fabulous. The management company was great to work with. There were a couple minor things that were addressed immediately. They were very responsive. We all recommended this vacation to our friends. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Needs work

We were so happy to be together but there were a number of issues with this property. When we checked in, the access code was incorrect. The carpets on all levels is terribly dirty, disgusting really. There are carpenter bees that are on the deck that should be treated. They scared the children and are damaging the wood. There is also wood rot at the double doors to the deck that will someday give way. The lack of a stove vent meant that the smoke detector went off without warning or need. The upper stove and cook top need to be adjusted. The system for monitoring noise sent a warning the first night when there were only two 70+ year olds in the house, not watching tv, not listening to music. No noise at all going on! We had to get help with the TV, but that was dealt with fairly quickly. Pool is very cold.

A great place to stay and relax

The house was amazing and exactly what we were hoping for. The property manager was always checking in to see if we were ok. The kitchen had everything labeled where things were and it was helpful. The remotes for the TV were all placed in different rooms and not labeled, labeling would have helped. I do not think the neighbors like that this is a rental property. The last night we were there, some of my guest were listening to music in the basement with all windows and doors closed. Despite people sleeping upstairs and watching tv on the first floor undisturbed, there was still a noise complaint about us. I dont believe it was even too loud in the basement.

Great Christmas visit!

We enjoyed our stay, everything was great (minus a some dirty pots and pans we had to wash before use). I can’t say enough great things about Morgan (and the team) and now responsive she was to our few requests. It was odd that there is no vent hood or cooking ventilation at all but we didn’t ask about it while we were there and it wasn’t a huge issue. Movie room is VERY well done, we enjoyed movies and video games in there! We also had some nice weather so we appreciated the deck furniture being out and it was all in great condition. We would love to return in the summer to enjoy more of the warm weather features- pool, lake, games, etc.
