  • Acogedora casa móvil de un solo ancho de los años 60, recientemente remodelada, en Lake Norman. Hermosas vistas desde la gran cubierta cubierta con vistas a la amplia cala en el lago. Un montón de asientos al aire libre para disfrutar de la vista!

    Nueva glorieta y boathouse si desea traer un barco o jetskis. 2 kayaks, 2 tablas de remo y fideos, gratis con alquiler. Hoyo de herradura en el patio delantero, fogón en el patio trasero junto al lago. Aro de baloncesto acuático conectado al muelle. Disfruta de un juego de caballos en el lago o juega un juego de hoyo de maíz en el lago. Tableros de baloncesto y hoyo de maíz suministrados.

    2 dormitorios (1 queen, 1 completo) y sofá cama plegable para 6 personas en total. TV, cable y wi-fi disponible. 5 minutos de la tienda de comestibles Food Lion, Walgreens y restaurantes. A 10 minutos en automóvil de Target, Wal Mart, sala de cine, bolera, 2 campos de golf públicos y la I-77. 30 minutos de Charlotte.

    Absolutamente NO SE PERMITEN PARTES. Este es un vecindario residencial, y somos amigos de los vecinos. Nos llamarán a nosotros y a la policía si hay huéspedes en exceso en la propiedad en cualquier momento del día.

Professional and friendly host, great lake lot with very nice boat dock in a nice neighborhood, mobile home was exactly as described, home was very clean and a great place to stay, we will be staying there again.

The property is dated, but if you aren't looking for anything fancy it is perfect! The AC worked great and the beds were comfortable, we spent most of our time outside on the dock or deck and it was exactly what we needed. The kayaks and SUPs weren't in great condition but we made it work and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend there.

We had a wonderful stay!! This was our second time staying this beautiful lakefront retreat, and it was just as cozy and fun as before. I would recommend this place for a vacation 100%.

We had a great short stay. Very nice location on the lake and we loved the boathouse and views. Home was very comfortable for our family of 4 and had everything you could need. My teens really appreciated the cookies, was a nice surprise! Larry is a wonderful host and was quick to answer any questions we had. When we had to leave earlier than expected due to an issue back home he was very kind and generous regarding our situation. Many thanks Larry, we hope to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay. The lake is so beautiful and peaceful. We visited in March so a little cold to go in but will definitely come back. The property was clean and very comfortable. Very grateful for an amazing vacation!

Loved the dock and back deck. Beautiful view. We were very comfortable there. The place reminded me of our fishing trips with family in Canada. Very serene

Great vacation spot

Wonderful being on the lake and loved having the kayaks and paddle boards available. The BBQ pit was a plus, we used it a couple of times for lunch. This residence is pretty close to grocery stores, restaurants and some shopping.

Can’t complain at all

I would recommend this place to anyone if they wanted somewhere to get away and relax. The place itself was very clean and had just about everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was relaxing and chill. I can see myself booking this place again in the future.

A short stay

We stayed a few days and had a peaceful time! My husband and kids enjoyed the dock and fishing! The kids also loved the kayaks! We enjoyed fires and the special treats that were left!

Wonderful place, will come again!

The house and property was beautiful and peaceful. Loved the fire pit and kayaking. Had so much fun. This was the best place for our honeymoon!! Absolutely perfect, thank you Larry!

Lake Norman rental

The property was well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard had everything that was needed and has an excellent boat dock. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time at the lake.
