we rented this house so our out of town children/grandkids could stay in one place with us, as our youngest daughter was getting married. the house was beautiful and the lake view fabulous.Nicki and Andrew helped us get the wifi going(someone had unplugged the power strip in the lower level office), and were very quick getting us taken care of.this weekend exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely come back when we have another reunion. thank you!

For more than 20 years our family has rented a lake house on Lake Keowee (I know we should have bought one by now). But this year for the first time we rented this fantastic house on Lake Norman. We will again, and again, and again. Zero complaints. An awesome week was had by all.

This house is amazing in so many ways! The lake views are priceless! It was great to have two kitchens to prepare meals with multiple families and we used all 4 refrigerators! The pool table was a hit and the outside grill was convenient on the open deck! The kids had so much fun with the Connect Four game and we got use out of the life jackets, noodles, and paddle boards! We rented a boat so having our own dock was important. Best birthday weekend ever! We are already talking about booking again.

Having a master bedroom on each floor (a total of 3 floors) worked perfectly for our family. Everything in the house is pristine, and in new condition. We would 100% choose to stay here again.

Landover on Lake Norman NC was perfect for our family. Eddie, our boat captain provided an awesome lake tour experience and the Lakecations was great to work, highly recommend you consider them for your next adventure.

Me and my 12 friends stayed here for my bachelorette party and it could not have been more perfect! The house was fully equipped with everything we could've needed and was perfectly located on a quiet part of the lake. 10/10 would recommend!

We can not even begin to describe this lovely home. Everything others have said are definitely true. The home did not disappoint. Beautiful setting, clean, large rooms, lots of bathrooms, accessories, on the water, great dock simply amazing. We had all of our family gather from various states - 3 generations. There was room for everyone. The house exceeded our expectations in all ways. Yes, the stove is older but it works well so who cares? We enjoyed all there was to enjoy at this home and the plus was how accessible it was for our 84 year old father who recently had a stroke and is still in a wheelchair. Not only could he go all over the house, we could take him down to the dock and waterside quite easily and we were able to get him onto a boat. It was truly magnificent and we may just be back next summer to enjoy the lake and home again. Thank you for opening your home and providing all that is necessary to make it a memorable vacation. We would highly recommend this place!!!

We had such a great time at Landover -location a was perfect and a sunset view every night. The house is so completely stocked with everything you may need. The space is nicely laid out with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating . The dock was fantastic with 2 vacant slips and stairs to swim. The only feedback I have is the main kitchen could use a little updating ….mostly the stove and oven. We would definitely recommend and would book again. The property management was incredibly responsive and helpful.

If it were possible to give a rating of 10, we would! The home was super spacious, very clean, and with a beautiful view of the lake. The house had everything, from kitchen stuff, to beach towels, to games for all ages. The home also sits in a very lovely peaceful neighborhood. Our check in and check out was super easy. We also rented a boat that we had delivered to and pick up from our dock which just added to our stress free vacation. Again, I can’t rate this place high enough as it was just, simply put, amazing. We will definitely rent from this place again. Thank you!

Four generations of our family came together for Christmas at the beautiful Landover Lodge. The layout (number of bedrooms, size of beds, common meeting areas) were perfect for our family. We selected this property because my elderly parents needed to be on the main level. The huge Master BR was perfect for them with its wide areas and handicap accessible shower. My adult children and their infant and toddler were able to have a space and bathroom to themselves and the other areas were perfect for the rest of us. The Lakeview is beautiful and visible from almost every room. The kitchens were well stocked with almost anything you might need in the way of spices, paper goods and any kitchenware you might have at you own home. Unfortunately it was the coldest Christmas ever so we could not enjoy being outside by the lake but the view was beautiful. Communications with Lakecations was good. For some reason both my husband and I would get different messages or instructions at random times but it wasn't a huge issue. We would definetly stay here again.

My family and I decided to leave home for the first time this year for Thanksgiving. My mother birthday was the day we got in and it was nice to celebrate it with my sisters, nephew, husband and kids. Thank you Morgan for being so responsive even through the holiday. We really couldn’t have asked for a better place. Everything was gorgeous and clean. It felt like a home away from home. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful home.

I booked Landover Losdge for my husband and I and another couple to stay while we in town to attend a concert at PNC Music Pavilion! We had tickets and VIP access to see Rod Stewart at PNC Music Pavilion Friday night! While putting the trip together I started looking at Lake Norman! I wasn’t sure if it was going to be out too far from the venue! I racked my brain looking at places and I always kept coming coming back to Landover Lodge! I decided to go for it and wow! I am so thankful I did bc it was more amazing than the pictures show! and since I really wanted to go to Lake Norman I went for it! The house is well appointed and just a beautiful home! I loved the artwork and birdhouses which I understand is the work of the owner! My son used the paddle board and my girlfriend caught the coolest shot of him at Sunset while she was enjoying a glass of wine in the swing! We have tickets for a couple more shows coming up and now I know where we will be staying for certain! My only wish is that we could have stayed longer! My gf loved the birdhouses and wanted to buy one of them so let owner know that she has a birdhouse buyer if she sells them! Checking in was easy and any question was immediately answered! My only suggestion is that there was somewhere where an extension chord was accessible to use while we were inside which wasn’t often to use for charging our phones while watching a movie or tv! There are plenty of outlets and I used one behind the couch to charge my phone and luckily I have a long chord so it was ok …. I am sure I am like many others today who keep their phones close by in case of an emergency! By no means is this any type of criticism just a suggestion for the future and perhaps there was one in the home I just could not locate it and didn’t call to ask so it truly wasn’t a huge deal at all! My husband and I have already decided we will be back and the next time it will be a little longer! My advice is that if you are looking for a great and absolutely beautiful home in Lake Norman - stop looking now! “Landover Love” is perfect!

We enjoyed our stay here and found everything to be as described. We especially enjoyed renting a pontoon boat and being able to dock it at the property overnight. The accessibility of the primary bathroom’s shower and being able to have that bedroom & all main living areas on one level was much appreciated.

I can't speak highly enough about our stay at this property. The house was even better in person than in the pictures online. The view of the lake was nothing short of breathtaking. The house was clean, instructions were well laid out, and the rental company was easy to work with. Their responses were prompt with any question I had, and they were quite accommodating with a few small requests. Overall a very solid weekend and would easily go back.
