Lovely 1st Floor, Waterfront 2 Bedroom Condo with Pool, Pickleball and Tennis
- This waterfront condo (monthly rentals only) is located on the beautiful peninsula of Davidson Landing. You will be steps away from the water and a short walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. A waterfront pool, walking paths and new tennis/pickleball courts are also available on the property.
This 1st floor unit has an extended patio area with plenty of seating to enjoy the lake views. Part of the patio is covered with lots of shade on sunny days.The inside of this freshly painted condo boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 updated bathrooms including a new walk in shower in the master. There is an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. A laundry room and pantry round out the unit. There are smart TVs in the living room and the master bedroom. They do not have cable but do have You Tube Tv for live television watching. Feel free to bring your own apps to enjoy on the TVs as well.
Enjoy hiking, biking, boat rentals, a visit to the U.S. National Whitewater Center, or a trip into Charlotte while you are visiting. The college town of Davidson is less than a mile away with quaint shops, restaurants, and a beautiful campus for exploring.
Pets are allowed. However, please reach out for details on visitors with pets as the condo association has restrictions. Violators of the pet policy will be fined. Parking spot #37 goes along with the unit. There are unnumbered spots available for extra vehicles.

We absolutely loved it! Played tennis every morning and then jumped in the pool, and was able to have 2 people working hybrid.

Wonderful in every way!
Everything was perfect. Condo is updated and nicely decorated. Close to pool which we used everyday. Nice walks next to lake. Beautiful view from our terrace.

Lake Retreat
The owner has a beautiful property. We had our coffee on the patio with great views. The neighbors are wonderful! The accommodations were very nice. We had a pontoon ride in the neighboring town with a Captain to give us details about the area and Lake Norman. Davidson is a quaint town with restaurants and shops.

Nice rental!
Bedding and bed are great! Location is very convenient! Pickleball courts on site. The hosts were VERY responsive with I needed them! I think they should add a toaster oven so that the big oven does not need to be used much. We shall return!

A great winter get away
Had a delightful month spent on Lake Norman. My daughter & her family live nearby & we spent a month together. Explored Davidson, such a wonderful place to wander. Delightful restraunts… Harbor Club, Flatiron, 131 Main. The Hosts were great. Answered any question I had….

Outstanding condo in a beautiful location!
We stayed in this condo for 4 weeks, an escape from a cold climate and also time spent preparing to move to the area. From the outset, Beth was a very responsive, helpful host and we continued to be in touch with questions during our stay. The condo is spacious, well laid-out, with a very nice large terrace looking right out to the lake. Good storage space in closets, dressers and bathrooms ... all important when you're staying for a month. The kitchen is a well designed small space and we cooked many dinners there.
The walks all along the lake are wonderful and we met many nice people (and dogs!). The location is perfect, near the town of Davidson which is a great place to stroll around or catch the Sat morning market; also a quick drive to the bustling shopping areas of Mooresville or Huntersville.
All in all, this was the nicest condo we have ever rented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend renting from Beth!

Absolutely lovely condo!
What a beautiful, clean, well stocked, comfortable, safe and fun place to stay! My husband and I stayed for a month and everything, I mean EVERYTHING was perfect ! The location could not have been better ! Close to all towns and right on the lake ! Walking distance from a wonderful restaurant, wine bar and pub where we spent most of our weekends. The people were extremely friendly and fun. Walking distance to Davidson, which is a lovely upscale town. The grounds have paths for joggers and walkers with excercise locations all throughout. Pickleball and swimming pools ! I couldn’t have asked for more. Beth, the owner, was the most helpful kindest person. She checked up on us and was always available for anything we needed. She respond right away with any concern or question. I will miss this place dearly, we were very sad leaving. We want to stay again ! Don’t miss this opportunity!
