Welcome to your Lake Norman getaway — a thoughtfully updated lakefront home designed for relaxation, connection, and outdoor fun. This retreat blends modern comfort with the easy charm of lake life, offering every amenity you could want for your stay.

The main floor includes 2 bedrooms and a full bath, while the upstairs king suite boasts serene lake views and an ensuite bath, along with a 2nd lake facing king bedroom, and a bunk room. Downstairs you'll find another queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and the walkout basement is made for gathering — featuring a massive smart TV, pool table, treadmill, and a full secondary kitchen.

Step outside to your private paradise: an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, grill, sink, drink fridge, and TV, plus an island for hanging out with family and friends. Unwind in the brand-new hot tub, or rinse off in one of the two heated outdoor showers after a day on the lake.

Enjoy lake access from your private dock, complete with a gentle shore entry for swimming or launching the kayaks and paddleboards provided. The screened-in porch off the living room is the perfect spot for coffee at sunrise or a quiet evening under the string lights.

Unique touches like the palm trees, exterior kitchen, and even the nearby chicken coop (don’t open!) add character and charm, while plenty of outdoor seating makes it easy to relax, reconnect, and take in the view.

⚓ DOCK & LAKE FAQ
• Dock and water: Typical Summer (~7+ ft depth) Winter (~3+ ft). Ideal for swimming, fishing, and tying off pontoon or ski boats.
• Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available through Lake Girl Boat Rentals on Lake Norman. Contact info and booking recommendations are sent automatically once you book.
• Boat lift: The lift and covered slip is not available for boat docking - but there are cleats on the sides of the dock for use to tie up.
• Life jackets: We provide some universal life jackets and 2 kayaks. Please bring properly fitted USCG-approved vests for young children.

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

- Pets are not allowed at this home. Bringing undisclosed pets will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
