Great lil house for a one night stay! My family, from East Tennessee, needed one night stay before attending the PGA Championship. Very clean and spacious! Cheaper than renting two rooms in Charlotte and we could be together and have plenty of room to relax and get ready. No issues at all. Never had to contact Matt. We had dinner on Lake Norman at Anntony's at The Landing. Our meal, the service and sitting outside by the water was awesome. This house is an easy commute to Charlotte. Highly recommend.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood a couple minutes from a main road, this home is great. The appliances were updated and spotless, so I was able to cook all week long. The master bathroom was probably my favorite spot because of the large walk-in shower. My teenagers thought the beds were very comfortable (and they usually hate sleeping away from our home). This will like likely be our go to booking when we visit family in that area.

We booked at the last minute and the house was ready when we arrived and was perfect for our family visit. The house is very well appointed with furniture, silverware, appliances, etc. Bedding and baths are great. It is pet friendly with a fenced in yard which made travel with our pup very easy. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Came in for my daughter’s annual chili cookoff (we won!) the house was less than 10 mins from their home and it was perfect! Matt was great to deal with. Beds are comfortable, house has plenty of room and is beautifully decorated. It’s dog friendly which is important to us and has a fenced in yard. The welcome book and notes were helpful. Would absolutely stay again!

This property was exceptional. Open concept, 3 nice sized bedrooms. Master bath walk in shower to die for! The backyard is fully fenced and our furry companions loved the freedom. Highly recommend this property and will be a return customer.

Visit friends for New Year's after our travels to SC. House is absolutely fabulous. It is very well maintained, exceptionally clean, and most of all pet friendly. I will definitely hope to come back. I was able to cook a good homemade family meal, relax and enjoy our time at Lake Norman.

The Katherine cottage in the Lake Norman area was an easy area to get to and enjoy. The cottage/house was very clean and provided all of the amenities needed for our stay. The master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the massive shower and rainwater shower head. Closets were in each bedroom as well as TV’s and comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen had everything you would need for your stay if you plan to eat in which we didnt. All appliances are updated and look new. You can tell the hosts put alot of thought into the layout and amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will return when we are back in the area. Dont miss out on this gem of a place in Denver, NC especially if you are looking for something near Lake Norman. Theresia Manning

Had a great time here for our out of state wedding! Centrally located to the venue and the other wedding party homes near Lake Norman. The house is perfectly sized with open spaces, clean and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Loved the huge master closet which allowed us to hang the wedding dress and bridesmaids' dresses with plenty of room to spread them out. Great communication with the host. Easy check in/out. Thanks again!!

Had a great and relaxing stay at this property. Neighbors were friendly and location was far enough to not hear traffic but close enough to get necessary provisions for the stay. Home was as listed and check in/out was easy. Rooms were spacious enough for the stay. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Very nice. Brand new. Very comfortable. Only issue would be that it advertises for eight people, but we only found seven places -- three beds and the sofa in the living room. We were planning for eight adults. Fortunately one canceled out at the last minute, so seven worked for us.

Communication poor, owner states emails kicked back, all showing. Not safe, anyone can see into house through back door, had to make/hang curtain. Very poor water pressure, could not get soap out of hair, slipped in shower due to soap not washing away. Shows garage entrance, needed due to limitations, off limits. Left after 1st night, money to be refunded, has not been 5 days later

My parents stayed here with their two couple friends over the weekend while we celebrated my mom turning 70. My brothers lake house was just 10 minutes down the road so the location was perfect. My mom is very tidy and clean so when she gives a rental two thumbs up it means something. Everyone enjoyed their stay on the quiet street. The kitchen was stocked well with clean and new cookware but also had empty cabinets to unpack your belongings into. We will definitely look at booking this home again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday.
