Great location, clean and everything was provided for a great stay. Helpful host. Some annoyance from alarms going off throughout the night quite regularly, coming from the other units or complex across the street, but otherwise great stay.

This is a really nice place to stay. The check-in was very smooth. We were able to access the parking garage rich on our floor. The location was very good. You can go out the front door and eat, have a drink, get a deli sandwich and get a pedicure. All very nice. While I did not need to contact the host, they were in contact with me to just check that all was good. There is a little construction going on but it is not unbearable

The property was nice and very clean, the only issue we had was on Day 3 when we came back from a long day at the Conference and Building Maintenance had come without anyone's knowledge and reglazed one of the bathtubs, so the person using the other bedroom on the other side could not shower, and the fumes were horrible, we had to open all the windows, patio door and turn on the air for quite some time (this happened at night) before we were able to get the smell out. We could not sleep due to the cold air and the inconvenience of having one person not being able to use the shower they paid to have a separate bathroom, and having to leave windows open and the balcony door open, etc... The Host was very kind and apologetic and did not know herself this had taken place with the Building Management. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would rent it again.

Why only 5 stars? Can I give 6 stars?

AWESOME apartment in the Noda area. Close to pubs, shops, and food. Nail salon right next door is amazing. Safe apartment complex with remote entry for parking garage and code/remote for all doors of the building. Access to the walking path is right up the road. Again, felt very safe - lots of dog walkers and families enjoying the path and outdoor space. The unit is open/airy, clean, and had everything we needed. Plenty of natural sunlight during the day, yet a shaded patio made relaxing with morning coffee or evening wine very pleasant. The pool is very nice with lounge chairs provided. I didn’t get to use the community gym or work space, but walked by and it seemed nice. Our host was VERY responsive to all our needs. I look forward to booking this unit when we visit again!!

Great apartment/condo and great communication from the owners. Only issue is the water line in the fridge, which needs repaired but wasn't enough of an issue to affect rating. Pool was still closed on MDW, which was a bummer, but out of the owners' control.

LOVED the NoDa area! Great location to access the freeways and fantastic selection of restaurants close by! Don't let the entry / garage directions intimidate you - easy to navigate by following the step by step instructions provided by the host! Great visit!

Location, Location, Location

We thoroughly enjoyed this two bedroom, two bath gem! The apartment was modern, clean, & well stocked. The location couldn’t have been better. Great restaurants & breweries within walking distance, along with the Urban Market. Being able to park inside the parking garage was a plus, too. All questions were answered by the owners in a timely manner.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay. Easily accessible to everything. Didn’t have to fight to find parking. Building was secure and quiet. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Any issues the owner addressed them promptly. Would highly recommend and plan on coming back again.

Exceeded expectations

There were a few codes and instructions just to get in. A little confusing at first. Ultimately, good for security reasons. The only issue is that the whole town is under construction. Housing and buildings going up everywhere. Lots of construction noise. Couldn't enjoy the balcony because of all the noise. Its a balcony worth enjoying. The place was very clean. Thank you for great communication.

Love this rental and NoDa!!

Property location was GREAT! Within walking distance to quaint shops, bars, bakeries, and restaurants. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. We even took advantage of the Pilates studio in the building for an early morning workout. The neighborhood was great for dog walking and super safe. Check in was easy, parking was convenient. I will definitely use this rental again when visiting Charlotte and would recommend to others!

Nice stay

The place was clean and safe . We did have a bunch of things that we were not taking care of before we checked in. I do think it should be in the description that construction is going on next door and work starts at 7am. The bathroom next to bedroom had a warped door so everytime you open and close, the door would stick and make a loud noise. The apt was also very musty smell when we walked in. Had to buy some candles and open windows to try to clear it. Property manager said they would drop off spray but that never happened.

Going to PNC Pavilion concert

This was the perfect location for going downtown and to the PNC Pavilion. The Rhino market right outside was the best. Had breakfast there every morning before venturing out. The beds were extremely comfortable, quiet building, easy garage parking and even had the black makeup towels.
