    ✔ Parking Instructions: If you’ve arrived by car, please ensure your parking permit number is clearly displayed in your vehicle to avoid any towing issues. If your permit number is missing or not visible, or if you haven’t received one yet, please contact us at +1 704-890-0426 or contactus@reluxme.com, and we’ll be happy to assist. Guests must park in designated guest parking areas or obtain a permit to avoid any towing fees. Please also remember to park your vehicle in reverse.

    ✔ Trash Instructions: Please make sure all trash is placed in the appropriate receptacle in the kitchen. This includes any trash in the bathroom or living areas. Excessive trash left inside or outside the unit can incur additional fees of up to $60.

    ✔ Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and a one-time $250 fee. Please provide vaccination records at the time of booking. Note that certain breeds are restricted, including American Pit Bull Terriers, Pit Bull hybrids, Rottweilers, Chow-Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-dog hybrids, German Shepherds, and Malamutes.

    ✔ Items Not Returned: A $125 charge applies for each unreturned item, including keys, fobs, and parking passes.

    ✔ Firearms/Weapons: No firearms or weapons are allowed on the property. Violations may result in eviction and additional fees.

    ✔ Community Guidelines: This is a residential community, and respect for the space and common areas is required. Noise, unlawful activity, and disrespectful behavior will lead to forfeiture of your reservation and additional fines.

Great location! The place had everything we needed and was within walking distance to a lot of great spots, bars, and restaurants. We had a really comfortable stay and will definitely come back again.

Maverick City Music concert

The apartment was awesome, as was the roof top and the other amenities. The consensus of my family was it would have been perfect if it weren’t for the vehicles revving their engines in the middle of the night and the sound of the railroad. Those things beyond your control, made sleeping difficult.

My family and I really enjoyed this property. Everything was clean, easy easily assessable, the concierge was helpful upon arrival and exit. Very spacious, huge closet spaces, and has such a perfect location in the city, everything was so close we rarely needed to travel by car. I will say the building itself is a little difficult to navigate for travelers and there is no easy way to make it from the parking lot to the apartment swiftly. The rooftop pool was a highlight of the property and should never be skipped. It was gorgeous. The property manager Chris, was very responsive to our questions and has made himself available to reach throughout our stay also which was comforting. Highly recommend this stay.
