Amazing Amazing Amazing!!
Perfect location if you’re doing anything close to the city center. Easy drive! Also first time I’ve stayed in a Vrbo where the checkout process is super easy and low maintenance.
Also worth noting the condo was immaculate!! This will now be my gold standard for all others!

Great place in a great neighborhood
We had a wonderful weekend in Charlotte and this place definitely helped with that experience. Easy check in and check out. The place was clean, the furniture comfortable, the towels were super soft, the internet was fast, and the AC as well as the overhead fans helped keep the place comfortable.
The neighborhood was also quiet and walkable with great dining options close by but we were also close enough to the city that getting around was incredibly easy.
I'm glad we found this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Cute, clean apartment
This place was great. They paid attention to all of the little details that make a VRBO feel more comfortable. They had snacks, drinks, and food ready in the kitchen. It was really nice after traveling all day to not have to go to the grocery store for basics. The apartment was very clean and well decorated. Communication with the hosts was super easy and they were available whenever we needed them. I highly recommend.

Carpet in entryway, stairs and hallways are stained and dirty. Rug in living room and coffee table are stained and dirty. Sheetrock is cracked in many places, but I assume it is because of the age of the building.

Excellent
This place exceeded our expectations. VERY charming place and neighborhood. The place was exactly as described. Very well appointed overall and has a well supplied kitchen. Place was very clean. Communication was excellent. There was an issue with the doorknob when we arrived which was corrected in less than 30 mins and was a non-issue (communication was excellent). Host provided wine and some food to get us started which was most appreciated after our 7 hour drive. King Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet place and I am a light sleeper. There were other people in the building but I never heard them. My wife loved this place and we will definitely stay again.
