We really liked the property, It was very clean and accomodating. Our only problem was the extremely loud music that we could clearly hear on Friday and Saturday evenings until 2am! This music came from The Beer Garden up the street. We were both up well past this time and really had an impact on our weekend. We realize that the music is not the owners fault, but it would have been nice to have been informed of this obviously weekly Fri./Sat. occurance.

A Jewel in Charlotte NC

A very modern clean and functional apartment in a great location close to a very wide range of restaurants and amenities.The apartment block and garage arrangements take a little bit of getting used to in terms of navigating around the building but you quickly get the hang of where you are and how best to exit to where you want to be.The communication with the owner/manager was efficient and the instructions were very clear, as we were travelling within the USA prior to arrival it would have been nice to have these arrangements a bit earlier, however when we did receive them 24 hours prior to arrival they help us gain access easily and manage the route from Charlotte International Airport easily enough. A great location for walking around and picking restaurants and bars from a very wide ranging choice, one of the few cities we have visited were you don't really need a car, local transportation is very good and really quite cheap, have no problem in recommending this modern apartment and if ever back in Charlotte would gladly stay there again.

Location location location

The apartment was exactly as advertised: spacious and a great location walking to all the South End has to offer. There were two of us, one over 80 yo. So the parking, lugging bags without an elevator working, the stairs 6 flights up and down and walking across the sky bridge to the building was logistically very challenging. Even when parking outside and getting bags in and out and the notebook gov experience didn’t make it easier. Once you get the hang of it and figure out where to go it was fine as long as a young person is around to help.

Nice Place to Stay

Listing said that the couch was a pullout but communication with management ahead of stay clarified it was not a pull out couch. We just brought a flat sheet to put on it for my son. If you are sensitive to noise when sleeping, bring ear plugs because you can hear the sounds of the city outside pretty easy. Nice kitchen, nice bathroom and shower. Great location to light rail, food and beverage. Easy walk into the city. We walked to Bank of America stadium easily.

Not happy

I was unhappy with this experience. The property itself was fine but the checkin process was poor and communications with the owners was bad as well. I would not stay here again. My sense is that there are some situations where property owners just want to be hands off completely and have everything done via email and text and that just doesn’t work….I ran into early complications and that set a bad tone.

Internship made easy

Justin was SUPER helpful and made payment easy. While it was very expensive to stay for the 2.5-month timeframe, the location was spot on, and the apartment was cute and had just the right things. NOTE: When renting for an extended period, supplies are not replenished, and cleaning is not offered.

Overall, I would highly recommend this property. It's big, bright, and in the perfect location. You can literally walk to anytime you might want to (i.e. coffee shops, clubs/bars, restaurants, the train, the city, It has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and the shower was absolutely amazing.

Great location. The apartment has everything you need. Very comfortable bed. The only negatives were that the blinds were cheap and wouldn't close all that well, and the building has a little bit of a weird smell, but you get used to it. I will definitely be staying there again, though, when I am in town for work.

Great location, cool apartment

Overall a great stay. Multiple step check-in but instructions were clear! No sheets or blankets for the foldout which we needed for the kids. Excellent place for exploring all of downtown. Justin at 704League was very helpful when we needed him.

Overall A Great Experience

I really enjoyed this property, and will totally re-book it when given the opportunity to travel to Charlotte again in the future. - Property was clean and well maintained - host was courteous and helpful; - location is situated within walking distance of several eateries, shops, and half a block from Charlotte Beer Garden. List of cons is minimal, and didn't really detract from my overall experience - I only include these for clarification: - Map indicated property was about 2 blocks northeast from where it was actually located (I had to walk a few minutes further than anticipated) - Guitar, record player, and Rubik's cube pictured were not available during my stay (I would've liked to play those) - there was a bit of confusion on my end as to how to communicate with the host (I had reached out via Vrbo messaging, but the host contacted me directly via email) Overall, my stay went smoothly, and I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a fun place to stay while visiting Charlotte

Beautiful and artistic Place

Its a very nice place and enjoyed the stay, clean and have the basic necessity for a good stay Upstairs neighbour can be heard moving things around or heavy walk in the morning but I don't mind it, just in case a person who wants complete quietness its good to know

Clean and comfortable!

We only stayed for a short time, but we enjoyed it. The place was clean and it was a really easy walk to downtown. Parking it pretty tight- took us a little bit to figure out there is visitor parking at the top of the parking ramp
