Convenientemente ubicada a solo 5 minutos del aeropuerto, cuentan con servicio gratuito de shuttle desde y hacia este. A 10 minutos tienes un clásico Target y enfrente un Cracker Barrel.

Desde que llegue mi decepción fue que la piscina estaba cerrada, elegimos este hotel porque supuestamente tenía piscina y era techadas fuimos por motivos de mi cumpleaños para celebrar allí en familia y que mis hijos disfrutaran de la piscina no pudimos usar nuestros traje de baños y yo sentarme a explicarle a mis hijos que no podían usar la piscina… en la habitación había un mal olor, los baños muy sucios y en la cama había hasta comidas; y el desayuno es muy pobre no dan casi nada .

Beding for the third person was not provided. We had to ask and go and pick up by ourselves, even if they promised to bring it up. Pillow and pillow case were never provided. Everything was very old in room, not worth the money.

Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately the tv reception was sketchy and getting hot water for a shower took almost 10 minutes. Nice place for just an overnight stay.

The staff checked me in as soon as she had a room available after a very early flight from waking up at 2:30 a.m. to catch a flight. Wonderful staff to take of their customers.

I didn’t like the fact that the airport shuttle service didn’t start until 6:00 am. I had to take an Uber to make my 5:30am flight.

Shuttle never showed up to pick me up at the airport. I waited 1.5 hours. Constan excuses from hotel manager on duty. I ended up sleeping on the floor in the airport.

Sehr abgewohntes Hotel. Zimmer sofort gewechselt, weil Toilettenspülung defekt war, weil der Deckenventilator nicht abschaltbatr war (Remote Control angeblich geklaut), der Kühlschrank viel zu laut war und der Wasserhahn in der Küchenzeile ständig leckte.

The room was nice. The bed was clean. The room was clean. The hotel was clean. The people were really nice. The shower wall was broken. Didn’t impact me but it needs repair. The smoke detector was hanging down. Could not tell if it worked or not. A little unsettling though. I looked around and the finish in the bathroom was not up to what I would expect from a Marriott.
Cracks with gaps in the shower. I was fine with putting water in the wall but I don’t know about the mold that will be growing over the years.

One of the worst stays I have had at any Spring Hill Suites. Hot water didn’t work in our room and when we went to take a shower the water pressure was missing. Floors dirty hair on the ceiling. At check in we were told breakfast went until 10:30, at 10:00 we went down to be told it ended at 10. Fine-we will just eat some cinnamon rolls we were given by a friend and asked for forks. Got reminded breakfast was over at 10…. Not impressed and wouldn’t stay again.

It was great overall, super convenient to get to city and airport. Only thing lacking is EV chargers - this would be helpful for travelers to be able to charge their cars overnight

Checkin was quick and easy and there was plenty of parking available. The room was fairly dirty (carpet either dirty or heavily stained, slimy shower curtain, odd-smelling towels, spilled food in the freezer) and breakfast options were quite limited. Overall, it was fine for a one night stay but I'll probably look for somewhere else in the future.

My room was nice and clean. I always check bathroom first. The bed was very comfortable. The people I encountered at the front desk were very kind. Ms.Lisa is one of the employees who’ll see to your breakfast. I thought it was delicious. I must thank Ms. Lisa for going out of her way to help me. Mr. Harry is one of the shuttle drivers. He’s friendly and like Ms. Lisa went out of his way to help me. I WILL stay here again. Remember to always be kind to yourself AND kind to others.

I checked into my room but began to experience something like an allergic reaction to something in the room. There was a smell similar to mildew or mold. After the symptoms continued, I checked out (about an hour after checking in).

This is by far the worst Marriott that we have ever stayed at. The hotel was run down, dirty, no hot water and there was suppose to be BREAKFAST included however they ran out of everything and we got yogourt only. This will be our first and last time staying at this hotel. Marriott should be ashamed of themselves, the standards at this hotel is lacking.

The only downfall with this hotel was I called down to the front desk multiple times and asked for a plunger and never received one to use. As a result, I had to resolve the issue myself and as paying customers that should’ve been taken care of right away. That only messed up my whole weekend.
