This property is fantastic.
The issues are fixable which will bring property back to 10.
The owner was sent 48 photos.
He offered a partial refund.
12 days later he is still “thinking it over”.
First, we paid BIG $$s per night for 2 nights with rate,fees,taxes. Top dollar!! If we pd 1/2 per night, there would be no issue.
1. The golf simulator protector bulb was burned out. The room it’s in was a mess with dirty cups and a little debris from previous guests.
2. The bedroom door on the 1st floor doesn’t latch closed.
3. 6 guests, 3 usable coffee cups, dirty pans in cabinets, messy disorganized drawers, a dish cloth, no dish towels in the gourmet kitchen.
4. Half bath, door handle ready to fall off, toilet paper holder did fall off. We repaired it.
5. Sliding door very hard to open. Needs maintenance.
6. Bedroom w/2 queen beds, 1 bed frame broken and the box spring sits on the floor.
7. Pictures show a baby grand piano, not there.
8. Remotes everywhere but all don’t have batteries.
9. Rooftop firepit door doesn’t close, stays wide open. Must be propped closed or held with your foot. Weeds growing on rooftop patio.
10. We, 6people, older,not young adults, reported everything to help the owner and to say, your property is NOT pristine and photos need updating.
He offered a partial refund but hasn’t to date.
He offered to send cleaning crew.
I wanted him to come. He didn’t. I was on vacation. I was not being paid to show cleaners what to repair & clean
