A tranquil sanctuary featuring a spa-inspired ensuite with an oversized soaking tub, large walk-in shower, huge closet, breathtaking lake views, and laundry room. Rinse off after a day on the lake in the outdoor shower, conveniently located on the deck just outside the door from the ensuite.

• 2 King bedrooms with Ensuite bathrooms with shower; one bathroom has a door that goes outside to pool area.

This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. This property has two active security cameras on the premises. One pointed to the driveway and road, and a second pointed towards the lake.

Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
