Guests can also enjoy the private patio and charcoal grill plus a beautiful outdoor gas firepit with seating for four. Fairwood Cottage is one of several cottages on the ten acre property, including Clear Sky Cottage, which offers similar charm and privacy. Each space is private, making it ideal for a quiet getaway or for groups renting both cottages together for up to four people.

The property is about 15 minutes from the University of Virginia, 10 minutes from Thomas Jefferson's Monticello, and 30 minutes to Shenandoah National Park's southern entrance. Dozens of vineyards and cideries can be found within a 15 mile radius, along with scenic trails, historic sites, and local dining.
