Estamos felices de tener nuestro estudio nuevamente en VRBO después de un paréntesis. Tranquilo. Magníficas vistas. Relajante. Una parte celestial del país con vistas que no creerá hasta que ingrese a la propiedad. A 10 minutos del centro de Charlottesville y Trump Winery. Vecino al Clifton Inn. ¿Quieres visitar la montaña de Carter para ver el follaje de otoño o recoger manzanas? Eso te llevará 5 minutos al igual que Monticello de Thomas Jefferson. Está a solo minutos de muchas de sus cosas favoritas que Charlottesville tiene para ofrecer, pero en un entorno muy privado y tranquilo. Nos gusta llamarlo nuestra "joya escondida". Este apartamento tipo estudio se encuentra en una parcela de 5 acres que una vez se incluyó en la granja adyacente de 64 acres. Su estudio se encuentra alejado de la casa del propietario para una total privacidad, sin embargo, tiene la tranquilidad de saber que el propietario está cerca. Es un gran lugar para disfrutar de una puesta de sol de verano desde su balcón privado, o simplemente pasar el rato y respirar el aire fresco del campo después de un largo día visitando las bodegas locales. ¡Este estudio tipo loft consta de una cama queen que tiene un bonito adorno de espuma y está equipado con el favorito de bambú! Lovely, quiet place to stay.

Near Monticello. There are great views! The unit is clean and comfortable. If you on the tall side, be careful of the sloped ceilings. The bed was comfortable. The shower was also nice.

A perfect weekend

Property is exactly as described and the loft was beautifully decorated. We stayed for a mother/daughter weekend and had the best time. Hanging out on the balcony watching the sun rise over the mountains while we sipped coffee and watched deer grazing was pure perfection. We are already planning our next visit.

magnificent

Cozy getaway for 2 with a scenic view. Spotless and very well designed. Comfortable bed and very nice large screen tv. The deck was perfect for a romantic drink under the stars. Our host did an exceptional job to make us feel welcomed. This was our 2nd stay with many more to come.

Fall Leaves and Quiet Stay

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway. The owners are super responsive and the house was well stocked and clean upon arrival. The home was close enough to town, but in the country. Perfect fall rest and recharge retreat. If in the area again, we will be back.

Away from Home? Don't Worry!

The Hidden Gem was excellent, very convenient to downtown Charlottesville and the surrounding attractions. Clean, quiet, perfect for a party of two. This place has all the amenities one would need when staying away from home without the "hotel" vibe. The Hidden Gem will definitely be at the top of my list to book again.

Once a hidden gem… now a found one

We couldn’t have pictured a more perfect stay! This property is perfect for a couple looking to get away in the quaintness and beauty of Virginia. The property overlooked a gorgeous farm and mountain view and was the perfect amount of space for us. A cute little kitchen downstairs. We only used it to refrigerate food, but there were appliances and amenities for cooking if you wanted to. Upstairs was a studio room with an adorable farm house feel. The view from the upstairs balcony was beautiful. Trish was easily accessible from our inquiries prior to booking to the second we left. They were very thoughtful when stocking the property- including water bottles in the refrigerator, fresh ground coffee that was locally sourced, a chalkboard in the kitchen, with suggestions and recommendations for things to do and places to go, little things for the bathroom that you might forget to bring and even little games to play. Many of the wineries and breweries were within a 20 minute drive. It was really a wonderful weekend trip!

Quiet, cozy home away from home.

Our stay was perfect. Place was well equipped with everything you need, very clean, comfortable and fresh. Great views from balcony. Trish was very sweet and accommodating. Gave us privacy but let us know she was there if needed. Close to downtown Charlotteville and easy to find. 10 out of 10!

Great location

This studio apartment was just right for our visit to Charlottesville. It was close to Monticello, many local wineries and downtown. It is not conducive to inhouse cooking of main meals but there is a stove and refrig. Trish was an awesome hostess and was very quick responding to my queries.

Quite, serene, beautiful and comfortable

Loved our time at this property. It was amazing and beautiful! Close to everything, but felt like you were out in the country. The owners were extremely pleasant and set us up with a cozy fire. They definitely aim to please. I would highly recommend this place ❤️

Amazing location for respite and exploring!

This was an incredible experience as I stayed for 2 weeks while my daughter was at a local camp. The property is absolutely gorgeous and private country feel. Trish had wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The "apartment" was very clean and well stocked for cooking and living for the 2 weeks. Would also be a wonderful weekend getaway. It was close to many historical sites, wineries and surrounding small cities, yet far enough away for more private surroundings. Love this place and I'll be back!!

Spacious, lovely unit for visiting Cville

We highly enjoyed our stay at this unit, which is located in a beautiful, scenic part of Charlottesville about 6-7 miles east of downtown. Trish, the owner, has done a beautiful job of decorating and furnishing the place, which is located in a spacious carriage house on her large, very nice property. We enjoyed the amenities and nice touches throughout the unit, including fresh towels and toiletries, drinks in the fridge, and a small porch to relax. Trish was responsive and welcoming without being intrusive. We highly recommend this place for anyone seeking to visit Charlottesville and it surroundings.
