  • Beautiful custom built home with many amenities, upper and lower level sleeps a large group. This luxury home has a gourmet kitchen (main level) with over-sized granite island, top of the line appliances, ceiling fans, guest suite w/private bath, jacuzzi tub, walk-in custom tile shower, the master suite boasts a custom stone gas fireplace w/private bath, jacuzzi tub, very large walk in shower with dual shower heads, televisions in all bedrooms, family room with custom stone gas fireplace, beautiful sun room off of the family room, spacious deck, spacious back yard for outdoor games, gas grilling. Bluetooth and free wi-fi. The Lower level also has a full kitchen 1 bedroom with queen bed and sitting area, and an additional common area w/queen sofa bed and dining area. Game room area with pool table and various arcade games, laundry room, large front porch with ceiling fans and rocking chairs, beautiful landscaping and 2 paved driveways for parking. Lower driveway can accommodate 8 vehicles, Upper driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles and 1 can park directly in front of the house on street. Resident Manager (tenant) resides on property in separate apartment.

Terrific Thanksgiving Gathering

What a great home for cooking together and playing games/cards in the adjoining family room with the fire going! Lots of comfortable sleeping rooms and plenty of bathrooms for a large group. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great location

Group of friends rented for a golf and football weekend. The house was big, clean, and located close to everything. Great experience, would stay again.

Wonderful house for large groups

We loved the property. It was layed out well with a large kitchen and plenty of space to dine. We also enjoyed all the games and activities. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had the best stay at Rockbrook Manor. Terry was an awesome host, and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and really fun! It was the perfect place for us to call home base for our son's wedding at Pippin Hill. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Space

The house is absolutely stunning! It looks decently sized from the outside but once you are inside it is deceptively large. It was clean, comfortable and the perfect amount of space for a large group. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place for a company retreat

The Rockbrook Manor was perfect for our annual retreat, sleeping 10 comfortably, with plenty of room for group meals and presentations. Terry was an exceptional host and quick to respond to communication.The house is gorgeous!

Beautiful home great for large groups

We had a group of 10 friends stay here for a reunion, and it was a perfect house! It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large communal space to spend time together. Easy driving access to downtown Cville and UVA.

Perfect house for groups

We stayed in this house for our 10-year college reunion at UVA. The house was the perfect size, has lots of extra perks, and was wonderful for our group. We will definitely be back!

Above and beyond accommodations

Beautiful home, with lots of luxurious rooms and amenities. Terry was very accommodating for our unique group and walked through the house with us ahead of time so we knew what to expect. We would love to continue to rent this house each year!

The Manor Delivered for UVA Graduation

Great property and wonderful host! It slept 3 families easily, and had plenty of social space. Huge kitchen and great entertainment set-up, with back deck and yard. The street is quiet and a dead-end, so have to be careful about parking...but the driveways allow for 8 cars. The street needs some repair...but the property is amazing. Only 10-12 minutes from the UVA Grounds (campus), and plenty of grocery stores, etc nearby. Would stay here again, for sure.

UVA Graduation weekend

I can not say enough about my rental experience. We had 17 family members coming to stay for the weekend of graduation. The property was exactly as described, it was large enough to accommodate our party, close to campus and very clean. It had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this home.

Fabulous place

We stayed here pre-wedding with several families and it was so much more than we expected! Well furnished, bedrooms for all and the downstairs entertainment was amazing. Pool table air hockey and many arcade games to choose from. Well appointed kitchen and very roomy porch which accommodated the dozen or so people we had over before the wedding. The massage chair was also a hit with everyone! Great hosts who do everything in their power to make your stay comfortable.

Amazing home!

The property is so much more than the pictures portrayed. The house is spacious with lots of separate areas to allow privacy but also large open rooms to spend time together. It has all the amenities. The kitchen is well thought out and a great place to cook any meal. The game room kept us all entertained and the yard was perfect for a corn hole tournament. The house was immaculate and the hosts are gracious and kind. I highly recommend this property for any group visiting the Charlottesville area.

Terry was flexible with our arrival and met us there to walk through the house. The house was great for our large group of three families. There was plenty of common space and the kids enjoyed the pool table. Terry was responsive during our stay.

Great place for large group

We enjoyed all the different spaces and entertainment options at the house. There was more than enough room for all our guests. Very much enjoyed.

Wow

The home was amazing! All the rooms were spacious. The living areas were great for the wedding weekend. Kitchen was amazing. The bride and bride maids got ready at the house with plenty of room. The house and yard were great for taking pictures. Terry was quick to communicate and she meet me there to show us around and how everything works. I would stay here again

Fantastic property - perfect for large group

We had a large group - 10 wise women - of a certain age - this property easily accommodated all of us and Terry was a great Host. The house floor plan is perfect - many well appointed bathrooms and multiple gathering spots throughout the house. There is also a nice back yard that would be great in the nice weather.
