The owners couldn’t even get me access to property. On arrival no key was in lockbox. Owners finally responded by text and had check multiple lock boxes on property. I advised a key was in the lock box for upper property and would be willing to stay in that property. I had a pet waiting in the car for over 2 hours and was told a maintenance person would be there but they couldn’t give a timeframe. I advised if I couldn’t even get access to the property I already paid for I wanted my money back. They wouldn’t issue a refund and made me do a charge back with my bank, than after all the hassle ended up “canceling reservation” on their end. Who rents a property and doesn’t ensure it’s ready for someone who booked a 30 day rental stay away from these lowlifes. Vrbo was great helping me deal with these deadbeat owners
