The property was fantastic—spotlessly clean, easy to access, and clearly a newer build. The appliances and amenities all felt fresh and well‑maintained. The neighborhood was quiet, and the home itself offered a nice sense of seclusion. It was only a short drive to Houghton, which made it especially convenient. If we return to the area, we would absolutely stay here again.

Irena and Alex were very responsive. There was a huge storm that knocked out power in the entire area the night we checked in. Irena and Alex offered to bring over candles and water.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting Michigan Tech. The in-floor heat and heated garage were especially cozy as it was a cold and snowy weekend.
