“My husband and I had an incredible stay at Chateau De Ferrand! We stayed for only one night and the room, food, wine, and hospitality were out of this world! We wish we could have stayed longer. Balthazar and Elliot were very attentive, kind, and even gave us recommendations for the next stop on our trip. The views of the vineyards were lovely and it was quiet and serene. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!”

“Really wonderful accommodation. Walking distance to town. Not a hotel but a guest house in a refinished and vibrantly appointed (200 year-old?) historical home newly acquired and attentively managed by Sandra, Michael and son Valentin who were the most welcoming, engaging and thoughtful hosts imaginable. Large, beautiful rooms. Breakfasts were lovely, and we really enjoyed the option of one of Michael’s incredible dinners. Really happy to have found Maison Mulato. If you go, make sure to spend a...

“The proprieter and his wife are very interested in pleasing their guests. The accommodation was quite lovely..........but up a steep flight of circular stairs. It lacked a seating area and a chest of drawers. The home-made jams ere wonderful when matched with the fresh croissants in the morning.”

“Estuvimos cuatro noches en el hotel y para los servicios que ofrece, su ubicación y las instalaciones se nos hizo bastante caro. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, para dos camas más una supletoria el espacio es mínimo (hay que hacer un verdadero Tetris). Por la noche no hay nadie en la recepción, sólo una 'recepcionista automática' (ordenador). El precio de la habitación no incluye el desayuno, que es bastante caro, y estás obligado a contratarlo ya que está lejos del centro del pueblo.”

“Food is excellent and we were made very welcome despite arriving late for dinner after a long drive. The chateau itself is a lovely building in a beautiful setting and is furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and modern. Atmosphere is relaxed and informal. We didn’t have time to use the spa facilities but will do next time we visit.”

“Magnífico establecimiento cerca de St-Émilion y de los viñedos. Ayse, la manager, nos recibió fantásticamente bien. Es muy profesional, atenta, cercana y siempre con una sonrisa. El edificio, los jardines y el entorno son muy bonitos.. Es un lugar tranquilo con muy bonitas vistas al río Dordogne. La habitación muy cómoda. El desayuno rico, rico. ¡Nos encantó nuestra estancia allí! ¡Muchas gracias, Ayse! ”

“Es un hotel petit increible, con bellas instalaciones, una alberca increible con vista al RIO DE LA DORDOGNE, hermoso, recámaras amplias y con una decoración exquisita, con regalos a nuestra llegada, unos deliciosos chocolates y agua embotellada de primera, cerca de muchisimos puntos de interés, Jean Charles nuestro anfitrion, excelente persona. Seguro regresaremos porque fueron unos días inolvidables en un lugar maravilloso.”

“Precioso chateau a las afueras de Saint Èmilion (5 minutos en coche). Muy bien cuidado e integrado en ambiente de viñedos. La bodega moderma pero muy bonita. Nadia un encanto y servicial. Nos ayudó a resolver un problema que tuvimos con la reserva (ajeno al hotel), incluso trabajando fuera de su horario. Nos enseño la bodega ella misma. Un encanto. Tuvimos una experiencia inmersiva en Saint Èmilion, superando con creces la expectativa inicial Volveremos”
