It is located in a chalet comprising a total of 3 units, all fully renovated in 2022; each apartment has a private area on the lower level with a jacuzzi, sauna, and shower room/restroom.
Its location is ideal: the Linga ski lifts are 700 meters away, and the shuttles connecting the village center to Linga/Pré-la-Joux pass right by the property.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen open to the living room, as well as the dining room and a restroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, raclette and fondue sets, electric kettles, toaster, drip coffee makers, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
You’ll have access to Wi-Fi, as well as a radio, TV, and stereo system for your entertainment.

For your convenience, this property features a washer and dryer.

The 7 bedrooms are located upstairs, each equipped with a private shower room and toilet.
Here is the breakdown of the sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), 1 shower room, 1 toilet.
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined to form 1 double bed, 1 shower room, 1 toilet.
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined to form 1 double bed, 1 shower room, 1 toilet.
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be converted into 1 double bed, 1 shower room, 1 toilet.
- Bedroom 5: 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be converted into 1 double bed, 1 shower room, 1 toilet.
- Bedroom 6: 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), 2 bunk beds (80 x 190 cm), 1 shower room, 1 toilet.
- Bedroom 7: 3 single beds (90 x 200 cm), 1 shower room, 1 toilet.

In both summer and winter, enjoy the west-facing outdoor area, complete with a barbecue and garden furniture.

The wellness area is located on level -1 of the chalet; you will have private access to a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a shower room with a toilet.
