The Space:
A lavish coastal getaway awaits at this brand-new 1BR condo, boasting an amazing location in the heart of downtown Chatham. Delight in high-end appliances and furnishings throughout the interior as well as a private balcony with a bistro table for two. Stroll just 1 block to Main Street to explore a selection of restaurants, galleries, and boutiques. Venture mere minutes to Oyster Pond Beach or Lighthouse Beach for leisurely days spent by the surf. End the day with a tasty treat at Emack & Bolio’s Ice Cream. LIVING AREA Unwind into vacation mode on a sectional and two armchairs in the living room. In the evening, settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the 55” smart TV. Kick back with a good book on the sofa in the bonus living area. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare delicious meals in the gorgeous kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a farm sink, and a full suite of sleek stainless steel appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table for four. BED & BATH Find ultimate comfort in the bedroom, complete with a plush queen bed, 32” smart TV, and a lavish en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Coastal Cutie in Chatham
This is a lovely coastal condo just off Main Street in Chatham. It's very clean & comfortable. It's walkable to all the shops and restaurants in the area and the beach is close by too ! A true gem, I'll stay here again when I return to Chatham.

Relaxing and convenient
Stayed here for a friends wedding and loved the natural lit, well appointed apartment. The dedicated parking space was great, and close enough to walk to anything I needed over the duration of the stay. Very clean and well kept, would gladly stay again.

Great place! Everything was very nice and well described in the ads. If I had to finds something negative, I would say that the blind in the living room was broken; we tried to fix it but did a poor job. The condo was well equipped and super clean. Amenities were excellent. Loved being near ice cream!

Well appointed charming condo
We just loved being so close to downtown. The condo is charming and well appointed. Very comfy and we just enjoyed our 4 night stay during off season. Great value and perfect choice to stay in the heart of Chatham.
