  • Benthall House en 4 Benthall Farm se suma a nuestras otras tres propiedades en Beadnell: Shepherds Cottage, The Bothy y Shepherds Lodge (Ref: E10292) Benthall House es una gran casa independiente con vistas al mar.
    Pasa tiempo en el salón de arriba, donde puedes disfrutar de una copa de vino en el balcón con vistas a la bahía rocosa o disfrutar de una barbacoa en el jardín cerrado en la parte trasera de la casa.
    La casa tiene 4 habitaciones grandes, 3 habitaciones dobles (1 en suite) y 1 habitación doble.
    El plan abierto de cocina / comedor, sala de sol y 1 dormitorio se encuentra en la planta baja. También hay una gran sala de ducha / WC en la planta baja, ideal para aquellos que no pueden manejar las escaleras. Arriba hay 2 habitaciones dobles más (1 con baño) y la habitación doble, un baño familiar con bañera y ducha. El salón también se encuentra arriba para aprovechar al máximo las vistas al mar.
    Hay un área pavimentada en el frente para estacionar con portones tan seguros para niños y mascotas. La casa Benthall está idealmente situada frente al mar, donde puede investigar las piscinas de roca en la pequeña bahía que cruza la carretera o pasear hasta la bahía de Beadnell, a solo unos minutos a pie. A 10 minutos a pie del pueblo hay dos pubs familiares, que admiten mascotas, una hermosa cafetería y una tienda del pueblo.

June 4th stay

Having not visited Beadnell before we were so happy to find the house located as described and it was so lovely to have the welcome pack! The house was tidy and clean, the utility room was perfect for the dogs and the kitchen is so well equipped! There was nothing to say was a negative and we will certainly be back thank you so much!

Lovely location, knowing Beadnell very well. Lovely house but marred by the dust and cobwebs, such a shame. We enjoyed our stay regardless.

Amazing Holiday Rental Amazing Location

One of the best holiday rentals we have ever had. The house is massive with amazing views and was great for our little dog. With its secure garden (with visiting rabbits) sea views and only minutes from the beach. Admittedly it probably is the most we have ever spent on a week long stay. But it was during the peak puffin season. Beadnell itself far exceeded our expectations. Plenty of dog friendly food venues, nice little shop, amazing beach (Beadnell Bay).

Another fine stay

Our third family visit across the years and each one has been excellent. Lovely location and very well laid out house. The Welcome Pack is much appreciated and you just feel comfortable and 'at home' there.

Family seaside holiday

An excellent location and a very nice house. Plenty of space for everyone and fabulous sea views from the balcony. We were lucky enough to see a large pod of dolphins and an otter feeding one evening.

Here again

Our fourth stay in this lovely property and already booked for next year. A short walk to a great beach. Good food in the Craster Arms and the fish and chip van. Enjoyed visiting Seahouses, Bamburgh and Alnwick.

The Best

Yet another wonderful stay at our favourite holiday home. It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of cutlery crockery & utensils. The oven is huge if you intend to cook for a large group. We love the space,plenty of comfortable sitting areas to watch both sunrise & sunset. The bedrooms are very comfortable & having3 bathrooms is a real plus. The location is excellent our grandsons love the accessibility of the beach to fly kites & do watersports but also rockpooling all within 2 minutes walk. Must also mention the owners, a wonderful family extremely friendly & helpful nothing is too much trouble. We also loved the new welcome pack. To sum up we will be back.

Great house, wonderful hosts.

We have stayed here twice before and we were so pleased when the house came back up for rental. Lovely spacious house in a superb location. The sea is directly opposite and provides a great backdrop to the first floor lounge and balcony. Beadnell beach is one of the best beaches in Northumberland and is a short five minute walk away. The house is clean, very comfortable with modern touches. It has all the amenities you need for a relaxing weeks stay. Especially helpful for us is that it is dog friendly. The rear garden is safe and secure and a good size for dogs to run around in if they have any energy left after the beach and swim. The hose provided makes rinsing them off easy. A special mention for the hosts. So helpful, a lovely welcome pack for both humans and dogs. . Great communication. We will definitely be back. Thank you Sam.

Benthall house is a lovely place to stay , fully equipped for everything you’ll need. Long beaches close by for great walks. Easy walking to seahouses (40 mins) for some wonderful food at the Black Swan ..

We have stayed at Benthall house twice previously and couldn't wait to return. Such a lovely property with fab sea views from the upstairs lounge. Great for a stay on the Northumbrian coast. Thank you to Sam and all of the team.

Lovely house, perfect location

We had a lovely stay at Benthall House. Plenty of space indoors with 3 bathrooms and a nice sized garden for the pooch. Lovely cake waiting for us on our arrival was a nice treat. A stones throw away from the beach. 'The Landing' and 'The Bae' were close by for food.

Family holiday

We have had a great week at Benthall House. So much thought has gone in to what the owners provide down to beach towels and barbecue coals etc. Very comfortable and lots of space for a big family. Safe enclosed garden for our little dogs. Could not find fault. Location is amazing for the beach and views from house are great. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again another time.

Holiday 2024

This was our third time at Benthall house, 3 generations and dogs . The house is very comfortable and plenty of room for us all, the garden is safe for children and dogs. We explored the coast from Lindisfarne to Amble, plenty of things to do and see. We all enjoyed the cake and treats left for us, and we are sad it's possibly are last stay here if the house is sold.

Plenty of space

Lovely spacious house in a great location. We were 4 couples staying for 3 nights and had 4 cars but parking not a problem. 3 bathrooms was a definite advantages though the ensuite was very small.Good storage and plenty of kitchen equipment but we did eat out at the local Craster Arms Pub and got take away Fish and Chips from the Beadnell Towers Hotel. No complaints at all. One evening it got quite chilly but a phone call to the owners quickly resulted in the heating being turned up.

ideal holiday house in great location

we were a three generation family group of eight with two dogs. children 3, 5,5 and 8. the house ticked all the boxes, great location, plenty of space, good enclosed garden and enough parking for our three vehicles. The upstairs living room was a light and sunny space for a bit of downtime and playing games when wet. The utility was ideal for our dogs, dog towels, toys and bowls provided. the back patio is a suntrap in the afternoon and a secure place for young children and dogs. However the best thing about this house is the location, 200yds from the large sandy beach and the rock pool beach straight across the road.

Spacious family coastal house

Benthall House is a large, spacious well-equipped detached holiday let with views straight out to sea from near Beadnell harbour. We were short of nothing inside the house and it is very close to lots of interesting places. There are plenty of walks and cycle routes in the area too. Just a note that at present (Jan 2025) there is no local shop in Beadnell - the nearest is in Seahouses, but this wasn't a problem once we knew. The owners were excellent in their communications and we would definitely recommend this property and return ourselves.

Fabulous stay for multi generation family plus dog

We had a fabulous weekend at this holiday property. It was in an idyllic spot for the beach - it was a cold few days so we went to the beach with little ones, came back for warm drinks and a chill, then walked to the beach again! Perfect! There were a couple of small hiccups at the beginning but Sam and her nephews sorted these promptly & they were super helpful. The welcome pack stunned us all! Thank you so much!! We would def recommend and we will return . My only advice if you have small children is take a few toys such as a box of Lego or duplo. But we would do that anyway.

For Sale sign, tired property.

Property pictures looked idyllic and my friends agreed. However, the truth was we were mortified. Cobwebs, dog hairs, smelly in great need of a makeover, however being up For Sale I doubt this will happened. Felt dirty and very unwelcoming. Sorry but this was not good. Have pictures. We were asked to hoover up on leaving but wouldn't know were to start.
