This place was absolutely fantastic. We had a family of 4 stay and each kid got their own room. It was the perfect amount of space for everyone to gather and for everyone to have some of their own space as well. We loved outdoor movies by the fireplace in the evenings. Every detail was thought of and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience.

We absolutely loved our time here! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care Beth, the host, puts into her home—it was sparkling clean and incredibly well-stocked with all the essentials. The beds were so cozy we struggled to leave them in the morning. We loved being able to walk to local spots and chatting with the lovely neighbors. We’re already counting down the days until our next stay in a few weeks. Highly recommended!

The house was adorable and just as described, clean, updated, in quiet and charming part of town close to everything, and with so many great spaces both inside and outside. I have never stayed in a listing that was so well equipped to meet any travel need especially the ones you forgot about, Beth has thought of everything. My two young kids kept asking to go back the whole way home. Next time we go back to Chattanooga we will definitely be staying here or another Beth's properties.

This house became our home for our time in Chattanooga. here was plenty of space for our family of six. I enjoyed working out on the back patio and my son enjoyed walking to the river to fish. The location was great, close to shopping and dining. The beds were so comfortable! So many amenities! We’d definitely book again!

The home was awesome! We enjoyed relaxing in the home after a busy day out on the town! Great outdoor space and spacious lounge area for family to enjoy each other's company. The host was amazing! Highly recommend this house.

If you ever want to visit Chattanooga, this is the place to stay. Not only the location (Northshore) but the neighborhood, the house and our contact, Beth. Our favorite area of the house was the back porch with two ceiling fans, a wet bar with ice maker and plenty of seating. Quiet/eclectic area with one end of the street ending at Frazier Ave (main commercial street) and the other had a great breakfast place (Aretha Frankensteins). My family of four (70 Yrs ) walked to downtown over the Veterans Memorial Bridge and to the Publix on Market St. Various stores/cafes/restaurants available in the Northshore area.Beth was a great host and responded immediately to a minor issue we had. Can't say enough good things about our experience at this property.

Fantastic! No disappointments

Perfect for our group of four adults! And can accommodate more people easily. Bedrooms are ample in size and nicely presented. Bathrooms same - very nice. Beth exceeds expectations providing for every possible need. Water on every night stand, breads and snacks upon arrival, towels for makeup, toothbrushes and other essentials for the forgetful ones. Beth is communicative. Place was spotless, air conditioner works! Great decorating and the outdoor space is outstanding! I was out there early every morning with my coffee and up late every night visiting while people who want to go to bed can do so in quiet. Front porch lovely too. Extra refrigerator in the garage. Great parking. Great location! Publix 6 minutes away, downtown easy. We were in town for the Half Ironman and were close to the start for the early morning drop off. Beds comfy. I cannot say enough good things about this house and Beth’s management and I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy Home

We went to Chattanooga for a family vacay and 40th birthday celebration. This cozy home was perfect! The location was ideal. The kids had a great time playing with the toys they found in the house. The complimentary baked breads were delicious. The house had comfy blankets and pillows. It was beautifully decorated and clean. Great stay!

Chattanooga Weekend

Our family had a wonderful weekend. The house is beautiful with many nice touches to make it feel like home; it was well decorated and immaculate! Communication with the manager could not have been better; she promptly replied to all my messages. Everything was perfect! We loved the outside porch! Perfect Stay

Honestly, I think this is what other rentals properties wish they could be. Everything in the house is so clean and meticulously staged. Definitely makes you feel comfortable the moment you arrive, and so many nice touches.

Charming home

We enjoyed our weeklong stay. The city was a great mix for our family, not too far from the mountains for a day trip and the zoo, aquarium, Ruby Falls, Rock City, Pinball museum were all within 20min or less from the property. We could easily walk to local restaurants and Door Dash was super fast and easy. The home was very clean, had a thoughtful basket of goodies and baked goods. K cups/ sugar/ half and half were provided. The floors were a little creaky but that’s to be expected in the off grade homes. The area was safe. The detached garage was open and we were able to park in it which was great for cold mornings. The outdoor space was adorable. The back room worked well for our one year old. It had one window which we covered with a dark fitted sheet (hung easily on the wood framing around the windows) and had a little chair I could feed her in before bed. We really enjoyed ourselves and would stay again should we visit Chattanooga again. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Experience!

Excellence in the north shore

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The home looked as good as the pictures we saw online and offered all the amenities you could ask for or need. The location was very quiet with minimal street traffic. The rear covered porch was an absolute winner. Our host was both pleasant and responsive. If you’re looking for a family friendly (there were six of us including a 1 year old and a nearly 3 year old), beautifully decorated, well equipped home conveniently located for Chattanooga’s many attractions, this is it.
