I had an amazing two-week stay here and couldn’t be happier. The property was spotless, spacious, and felt very safe and comfortable. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to several great restaurants, including an excellent burger spot and a delicious breakfast place. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful, especially during a winter storm advisory, which I really appreciated. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything was in working order. Carrie was quick to respond to questions. The location was safe. We had everything we needed. Feedback is regarding the contradictions between a high end appliance kitchen and the finishing touches: add stepping stones to area between driveway and front stairs, paint the doors and trim with a gloss paint (the flat looks unfinished), new couch is needed (we sunk in and had a hard time getting out), add an additional hand towel in the kitchen, replace the mattress pads (they crinkle like they are waterproofed), and add a variety of soft and firm pillows on the beds (currently they are all flat). This property seems new to rentals?

The driveway to the stairs was very treacherous. No instructions on the high end oven. Water and ice dispenser not working on the high end refrigerator. Plastic covering on mattresses made sleeping uncomfortable

We live in Nashville and had some friends visiting from out of town, so we took them to Chattanooga for a change of pace. Carrie has been amazing from the beginning. She literally responds within minutes for any question you have. The home was spotless and equipped with everything you need. The location was fantastic, just minutes from everything we wanted to do/see and walking distance to a couple of nice neighborhood restaurants. We had two couples staying here (all of us retired and in our 70’s) and the home was just a perfect size. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely a 10. Loved it!!

The house was great! The beds are big and comfortable. The space is open, bright, and nice. The provided garage door opener made it very easy to get in and out without being exposed too much to the summer heat. The location was great, too!

Chattanooga 70.3 stay

Stayed here for the half ironman. It was a great neighborhood. 2 miles from the race (easy drive) and with a lot of restaurants and a good grocery store nearby. House was ideal for two couples. Would stay here again.

The property and neighborhood were beautiful. I came with my parents for my grandson's high school graduation and we were within 2 miles of where it was at in downtown Chattanooga. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels. We very much enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property!

Excellent stay..

This rental was beautiful. Great quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Close to anywhere you want to go. A nice stroll to nearby places to eat. When we come back to chattanooga we will plan our trip around the availability of this rental.

Great for Ladies Trip

Lovely little home to act as home base for downtown Chattanooga. Four friends in our 60s visiting for an event. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to navigate to downtown. Thrift stores, The Daily Ration for breakfast (at the end of the street…could have walked!). Perfect for 4. Stairs up to front door and down to garage.

Perfect North Chattanooga Bungalow

I rented this adorable North Chatt home for my mom and teenage son to stay while we were out of the country so that she could focus on him and not have to watch our dogs. She doesn’t street park well so having the driveway and garage is huge and a rare find in North Chattanooga! The location was perfect and the home was absolutely adorable. She said it was comfortable, cozy and well stocked. She loved walking around the neighborhood and being so convenient to restaurants. I would highly recommend choosing this home for your next visit to Chatt!

Just what you want from a vacation rental

First of all, Carrie really helped us out when a snowstorm came (after the refund date) that rescheduled our event. The dates we were rescheduled to were already booked, so she put us in a different, but similar property for our new dates. Crisis averted! And quite easily at that.I’m not really sure which property this review will end up under, but I’m sure any property from this owner will be clean, comfortable, and accommodating of many needs. There were tons of bits and bobs about the place, cookware, spices, oils, vinegars, coffee, hairdryer… this host clearly thinks about their guests because we had everything we needed, and the space was very comfortable.
