This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Located just 10 minutes away from all of the attractions in downtown Chattanooga, you can plan to take a short walk to historic St. Elmo or access the Guild Trail to view the Tennessee River as you hike past Ruby Falls!

    THE PROPERTY

    Built in 1914, this historic home is ready to set the tone for a truly charming southern getaway. You're sure to enjoy the lush canopy of trees that surround the furnished porch as soon as you walk up the stairs to the charming home!

    Beautiful flooring welcome you inside the home, and lead you to the bright living space that features with a comfy couch and a flat-screen Smart TV equipped with Roku and Hulu Live

    Around the corner from the original decorative brick fireplace is the fully equipped kitchen. Prepare for the next day's excursion as you pack a snack for your hike to Ruby Falls along the Guild Trail!

    Enjoy your home-cooked meals at home around the dining table with seating for 4, or cozy up at the breakfast bar with seating for 2.

    The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable full-over-full bunk bed.

    You couldn't ask for a better location in Chattanooga - this home is nestled at the base of Lookout Mountain right along the Guild Trail with connection to the RiverWalk. So don't hesitate to go outside and explore the terrain that includes Mystery Falls, Ruby Falls, and the Tennessee River!

This is probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The location is great, just a short drive to everything Chattanooga has to offer. There is a Food City right down the road along with some restaurants, ice cream and the Incline Railway. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was a lovely, clean, and comfortable stay. The home was in an excellent location (a quiet, charming neighborhood and close to a lot of sights, plus a nature trail), had all of the amenities we needed, and the host was amazing in answering any questions we had. Would stay here again!

Chattanooga visit

House was perfect for my wife and I as we visited my daughter and grandkids nearby. We visit a few times a year and will certainly look into the availability to stay here again.

We loved our stay in this cozy and clean rental house. It was just enough space for my husband, mother, 3 year old daughter, and myself. The location is on a quiet street just a few minutes from Rock City and down the road from the cute St. Elmo restaurants, shops, and Lookout Mountain Incline. Would highly recommend!

This is an awesome house to stay at. It is so cute and very clean. Very easy to communicate with the owner. It was an awesome stay, we definitely stay again when I come back to Chattanooga.
